no its true lol.
there is this action replay code on the english version where you go ontop of this hill. and on top of the terrain you walk and suddenly you go into this cave. it is in jpn language and then it is blank they never added it.
and i have seen pics of it from a japanise game of this cave and aries being reborn.
and it is on ps1 not ps2 lol
So the cave is blank in the US one, so you want the JP one?

Durr I know, but obviously ps2 plays ps1 games. A JP ps2 is just more better to get than a ps1 obviously, which is why I said ps2 instead of ps1.
