Hes hated because he looks like a little kid and you can tell hes trying so hard to make it after being a child star and people are already too used to seeing him on Even Stevens.They will never get that image of him out of theyre head.
That doesn't mean he's hated, but you're right that he still looks young. He looks so young, he could still be doing Even Stevens right now if not for the fact everyone around him would eventually seem older. I think its a joke he made it into the new movie he's doing, he doesn't pull off the mature or mustache look very well.

Oh yeah, Hilary Duff... Shes annoying, and is mostly forgotten already. I don't know what she does these days (or care), but its not anything too important apparently.
