He is a mediocre producer,I like 2 songs that he produced.But he's a terrible rapper.When I first heard 'Dont Funk up my heart' by the black eyed peas,I didnt know that it was them that sang it.When Will.I.Am's rap verse came on,that had to be one of the worse hooks Ive ever heard.
Whos even a good Hip hop producer these days, dude is alright I like a few of his beats the fergie one and the black eyed peas stuff is good. Hes not really a rapper id say more of a pop/ slow pace rap but when people think of rapper they don't think Will.I.Am. But that Yes we can song is guiniess I thought wyclef did that song tho Will must of produced it then. I saw the interview after he performed at the deomocratic convetion dude is very patriotic much respect to him for that. But yea that Yes we can is good stuff
