 If the series is not licensed in the U.S., websites like YouTube and etc. don't care about it. Actually, they don't even care about the licensed stuff except that the people who own the rights to that anime get on their case about it. Anyways. This is not to discuss the legality of downloading anime on the internet, but to request it.
