True about the thing with Niedermayer and Forsberg. Forsberg has already signed with the Flyers and the Flyers are over the cap I think. Then there is the fact that Niedermayer may come to Vancouver, I think there is a nice chance of that happening.

But I'm glad to see that Brookbank got signed, I love the way he is gritty when he is on the ice. Not to mention his PIM was pretty high in the AHL hence why people called him Bloodbank. Oh and didn't Arvedson get injured pretty bad? because last time I heard he has retired.

I remember vaguely him having a really bad knee injury and having to miss the remainder of the season and the playoffs.

Brookbank's awesome! Ruutu too! They need him back :)

Patrice Brisebois and Pierre Turgeon have both signed with Colorado.

So far the Sharks and the Devils are the only teams not to have signed or re-signed anyone.

Nic Khabibulin was just signed by Chicago...I'm excited for this up coming season, mainly because you really can't tell who's going to be good and who's going to suck just yet. (Although I think Edmonton will be quite good...unless they end of suffering from New York Ranger-itis, and all their stars can't play well together.

I don't know about Edmonton. They've signed or traded for some big name players, but they've let a lot of their role players go. You're not going to win the cup with just one really good line.

They say their after Kariya too.

The Avalanche resigned Alex Tanguay. They also signed Brad May.
The Canucks re-signed Brendan Morrison
and The Leafs re-signed Tie Domi

Pittsburgh signs Zigmund Palffy
Colorado re-signs Hejduk
Vancouver re-signs Morisson

I still can't believe the Avalanche signed Brad May. That shows how much they value Steve Moore's opinion. ;lol;

Along with Bertuzzi, May is being sued by Moore for "civil conspiracy to commit battery and assault"

I'm going to miss May because he was a good player on the ice and I loved how he was dedicated to charity. But damn May on the Avs? that won't be so good.

Do you have an article on May getting sued by Moore?

The whole "conspiracy" aspect of it is BS.

Apparently Tampa Bay says they have signed Sean Burke. I'm not sure what's going on with that.
