Does cupid no longer exist in our worlds…?

My wingless angel,
I long for your touch,
Your rose scent,
To stroke my fingers through your golden hair,
To place my hand upon your glum cheeks
Vanishing away the heart ache!
Your name will always be carved in my lonely heart!

My love,
Come to me,
For you are my wings,
Without you I cannot fly peacefully to the heavens above,
Life, is no longer a friend but a foe
Was our love wrong?
Was our love sinful?

Society separates us,
Our families look down us,
The world pities our love,
The heavens will certainly welcome us!

I think ive sucked at your request Lustre however I tried it a unique way by making the poetry as a story, and having the mans point of view first, then the ladies, then both of theirs, hope you like it :(

No way Henna, I thought that was great ;up; I liked how you went man, woman, then both of them to finish it off. They might not live together now, but will forever in heaven, so good Henna :)

You seem to be very good at writing love poems, whether they are sad, happy, or just about love in general. It's like you have this natural ability to communicate love through poetry.

Why, thank you very much!

What it is I love poetry, its a passion, so to me the easiest is coveying love in original ways through poetry, since I never want to be in love, I always imagine all the different types of love out there in the world which ever have existed. :)
