TCG is not going to die that soon. Now I don't hear anyone talk of the YGO anime or manga. The only thing people will remeber from YGO is the TCG. Then, the anime/manga themselves are some type of advertisement for the TCG. However it will eventually lose its prestige because the manga is ended, and GX is freaking older and less n00bish people out. So there's no mass influctuation (s/p?) of new player as there was at the beginning of the TCG. Advertisement is so important... |

Depends which country you're talking about, but personally I believe it'll live on for a good long while. At least until R is released in America or such. |

Now on DVD!

I think that British YGO is struggling to keep its head above water. But it's still there, and always will be. Then again, Britain isn't big on TCG's. |

Its alot bigger in the UK then you would think bro. ENgland has started playing very seriously, our talent grows very fast, as you can see from me and jake, ive only been playing for what, 5 months. The People who do play, take it very seriously, we have a number of high class tournaments around England, and to a certain extent, this is better than in USA, because everyone from Forums usually meet because our country aint that Big. How many of you have actually met from this Forum lol? Its cause you all scattered about. Ireland has become a very Competative Yugi Nation, we have more and more Irish PLayers Join our top Forums. Same with Scotland, more and more players are beginning to emerge from the North. So it is'nt really struggling over here, in fact, i would say its doing rather well. |

Uh hum, better thsn in the USA, you havnt played over here so I would be contradicting. I understand that your good for only playing for 5 months but people over here have been playing for years and are vy serious. I play for the fun of it but I win alot and I dont mind winning but I play for the fun... Just dont be saying people in your Country are better ya never know... |

The Differnce is, some Americans are playing for Years and taking it seriusly, while we have been playing for like 5 Months and are playing at the Same level as them. <3 |

I'd definitely place money on European or Asian duelists over North or South Americans. I hate saying it about my own country, but most of 'em stink. I'd also bet that YGO will die in America faster than most places for a couple reasons, one being its incorrect emphasis for children. XP Another being that Americans go through way too many fads. |

Some gal.

An Asian will win (too bad it won't be me but oh well) and that's that. Based on population probably only the best players of YGO come from the West and South west. THere are some in east but not that much. TCG will never die. A kid wants to get a hobby and so collecting cards is the easiest way to go. People get into this game because of their friends, and so I highly doubt Yugioh will die. With ban lists every 6 months and everything, everyone is always out there to be better and old school players come back also. Granted Yugioh might lose interest in some states, but there's always an interest in playing a competitive game. |

Dont you ever say that again lol. Cash prizes will reuslt in the game becoming much more serious and no where near as fun, people will become anry, desparate etc. Cash is what Ruined VS. System. Its a very very bad idea |
