Ok. My banners aren't that great because I can't find pictures without little backgrounds, such as the YC Banner, how did Marik get Kaiba and stuff without a backround? Whenever I try to cut out the backround, it looks sloppy. Where can you find these "perfect pictures"? |

The best bet would probably be finding a picture with a nice solid background or something that doesn't have too much background. And then try using Paintbucket tool to fill it white or you could just erase it. However, i'm assuming the banner is made by Adobe photoshop, so photoshop allows the creator to work in layers. (not sure of other programs) But what i always do, is careful erasing of the background leaving the picture with a transparent background or white background. |

You can either make the background a solid color, or transparent. You can sue pratically ANY paint program to fill in the background, but suually little white dots appear around the picture. If you have PhotoShop, not paint, you can put the image on a transparent background and erase the background, so its transparent. Hope that helps. |
