The lizard tilted it's head at the wolf. He had no idea what just happened at all. And he said, in a heavily 'buzzed and hissed noise' said, "What?". His tail moving a little, unsure if he beat the wolf or what just happened meant the wolf was his servant. The lizard went over to the wolf and poked him a little, confused at what just happened.

"Eh, all you nerds think weirdly to me," Angena said, shrugging her shoulders. "So, we're looking for the myths of some... Vy-King? The hell is that supposed to mean? I don't know anything about ancient civilizations or shit, except my own..." She frowned, following the scientist to see what exactly he was doing. Though she would never admit it, she had absolutely no idea where to begin this search. In fact, the only idea she had in mind was to head blindly east until she found something. Perhaps this could use this nerd-freak-guy for something, at least... He could use his know-it-all crap to tell her where to go. Of course, when it came down to it, she knew she'd be doing all the work... Guy probably wouldn't even bother fighting, he'd be too scared about breaking a nail. Although he did have some strange... box, which may have been a weapon. She doubted it, though... Scientists were all pushovers.

"Man, I just want to get those riches and get out..." She sighed. If what the man said was true, however - and she believed it - then this adventure would be far worth the effort spent. Besides, it wasn't like she had anything else to do... She was a drifter, a nomad. This was an adventure, a real one, fallen right into her lap. Might as well take it, though she didn't like the sound of working with some geek.

The wolf laid the last crystal he had left, and looked at creature. "So you talk. Impreeeeesiiiiveee.." He said in a really sarcastic tone.

"But..." He said as he looked at th creature. "I do think I need to give an explanation... Follow me, if you want to live long enough." He said as began to walk out.

The creature followed, either by curiosity or just simply because living was tempting but he did. The golem walked as he then explained the myth of the 3 gods and 3 tools that were intertwined, pretty much what the Ghost said. But... the story was directed to another place entirely... His past experiences with the other Searchers.

"I have lived for many years... And thus Jaks has taken a liking to me. I'm what he likes to call, the Guide. I know where the tools are, at least I think I do, but all of the searchers... well... None made it."

"The Tools are next to impossible to get by those who do not get certain items... Even if you get there, you shall never reach it. But Jaks keeps finding more and more Searchers."

"That's all you need to know... now we need to look for the other 2 guys that are supposed to be the enbodiment of Magic... and Machine, considering you are the embodiment of Nature.... Yep, the descriptions fits". He said as sniffed the air for more prey.

--------------------------------------

"I see that the train is all fixed up!" The train owner said as he inspected the job and smiled. "Well! Since this a first rate job... Here you go!" He said as he handed out 500 dollars.

The lizard simply climbed on top of the wolf machine thing, it was still sleepy, and seeing as it needed to rest up for who knows what he felt like he needed all the strength and energy he needed. He yawned, nuzzled the back of the wolf's head a little, and fell asleep holding onto the wolf's back, sleeping softly. The wings the lizard had were CHARRED, they were clearly not going to be able to be used very well, maybe if he rested them they could heal, but the wings were burned badly from the sudden zap of lighting it received during the battle they had.

"Thanks." Klien took the money, putting it away. He had earned it, after all. He walked out of the building, before checking his pip-boy compass. "Right. East." He started to walk, a backpack that he had grabbed out of the office now on his back- it hadn't been there before, had it? It marked him as a wanderer just as surely as she, even though he did talk funny still.
Even if this turns out to be something fruitless, I do want to see that ghost again. Maybe catch him in a jar.

"Damn, that's a lot of cash..." Angena said, her face showing amazement. All this for some brainy machine fix-up job? He tinkered around on a hunk of metal for a few hours, and he got *that*? The world was an absolutely ridiculous place. Then again, while this guy was... bizarre, he wasn't quite like she had expected so far. He seemed to be a traveler of sorts. Meh, then again, he was probably just on the search for the world's greatest library or something equally lame. Should she give him a chance? Ehh, not right now.

"So, east, huh?" She walked after him, clicking the claws of her left hand together idly. "To find some talking stone thing... I wonder if we have to kill it. I hope we have to kill it. That'd be fun." She seemed to perk up. "Especially if it puts up a good fight! Oh, and it could smash a rock into us, and we could rip out its guts... Mmmm..." She hummed a happy tune, despite the fact that she had just painted such a gruesome scene with her words. "You can let me handle that. I'm sure you wouldn't want to get your little sciency hands dirty." She smirked.

"Eh, good money for a couple weeks work." Klien shrugged, walking briskly eastward. He didn't seem to take too much note of her more violent tendancies- at least any outward note.
Ack, better not show weakness. Don't act too smart, or she'll punch you. Great. Just great. Ohwell.
His little robot followed him like a puppy, just floating off to his right, making a beep every now and then as it seemed to scan the landscape.
"So. . . how do you normally make money?" he asked experimentally, hoping to make conversation, to make the time go by a little quicker. His tone seemed rather cautious.

The fact that the work took a couple weeks relieved Angena, who had thought it was five hundred dollars for a single day. Still a lucky, smart bastard, though... Then again, to be fair, he wasn't being quite as big of an emotionless insensitive prick as she had expected. He even asked her a question about her life... Odd. Why the hell did he care? No one had ever asked (or indeed, even given a shit) about her life. She was used to that, she had been raised off of that. She came from a long line of people who just didn't give a crap about anything, even their own children.

"Eh, I search around ruins, find shit, then sell it," Angena said, shrugging. "If I'm in some kinda town, I might deliver something or beat the crap out of a guy another guy with more cash doesn't like." She looked up at the sky. "I don't stay in one place too long. Gets boring as frickin' hell. So I've got no real fancy 'job' or any of that crap. It's pretty fun, though." She cocked her head. "So what exactly do you do? Fix shit up?"

"Pretty much, at least to make money to liiiive. You know, to get food and all that. Otherwise I wander all over, just looking for more things to study, to dissect until their questions, their mysteries, and answers, are laid bare to see. That, and I fix up the little bot, my laser, and my wrist-log-thing. Never could think of a good name for it." He seemed to ramble on a little as he relaxed, but actually seemed a bit interested in her, at least.
I can work with her. She seems to want money, money, money. So, if I help earn money, say with scavenging, or pointing out what is valuble or not, I can stay on her good side, I think. Maybe. Needs more study, and checking, to be sure. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
"I haven't seen your kind round here much, though. Where are ya from?" He turned his head to look at her, trusting the little bot to look ahead.

Angena looked back at him, raising an eyebrow. Damn, wasn't he an inquisitive guy? Then again, she shouldn't have been too surprised. Scientists liked to snoop around to try to learn everything possible. For what reason, she didn't know. She was, however, secretly pleased to have someone actually asking about her like they, y'know, -cared-. Not that it made the guy any less stiff in her eyes...

"I'm a fire demon. As to where I'm from, we call it the Arada Wasteland. Every day there is a struggle to survive. There's no fancy cities, at least not standing ones anyways, just a bunch of tribes who all hate each other's guts. Lots of war, famine, disease. Fun stuff." She grined wickedly. "I have no frickin' clue where it is on a map, though. I haven't been home in ages... not to mention I think I stepped through a swirling-circly-thingy that, I dunno, sent me somewhere else." She shrugged. "...It tickled. I wanted to punch it, but you can't injure inanimate objects. Unfortunately." She seems to be describing some kind of trans-dimensional rift... Perhaps her life of being a nomad wasn't entirely on purpose? However, her homeland didn't exactly sound like a paradise for her to wistfully dream of returning to...

"How about you? What are you, exactly? I don't peg you as a human. Too thin and tall. And those ears are even weirder than a regular human's." She chuckled. She sniffed the air, testing it for threats... all she could sense was the stench of the industrial age. Motor oil, smoke, and metal, all mixed in with the traces of numerous people. It was a bit of an overload after being in a near life-less wasteland for so long... But eh, Angena guessed she didn't mind having a little life in a place. She just wish everybody would shut the hell up. Especially those cars... Frickin' things. So damn noisy! She felt disgusted just thinking about it, evidenced by her clenching her left fist.

"Well. . . I'm an angel, actually. A runt angel." Klien gave a small sigh, remembering his brother, even his older sister being stronger than he was. "I was sent down here as part of an experiment. . . well. . ." He didn't seem very forthcoming about the details. My own experiment spat me down here. Don't have a good enough lab to go back, and I'm still using crude materials as a substitute. A poor substitute.
"I'm not quite from this world either. Both of us, travellers in a strange land." He almost seemed wistful now, as if he didn't want to linger on that fact for too long.
As if to distract himself, he grabbed his little robot out of the air, and started to check it a little roughly, the robot beeping, as if complaining about it, but the bot didn't seem to mind after he let go of it. It just flew a little higher, and further away from him, just out of arm's reach.
"Darnit ED, stop flyin that high." he muttered to it, and the robot chittered, flying a little lower again, back at it's starting point, as they walked on.

Fenrik sniffed the air as he let the Bee rest under a great tree. "Let's see... if memory serves me right... we need to get somehow near the coast of Sweden." He said as he looked at the sky. "We need to go to a place... of magic interest..."

He looked at the bee and sighed.

"I'm guessing you are just hearing and nodding, huh?"

Now that the wolf looked at the lizard, it was in fact eating bits of the honey and wax that got on the wolf during their fight. It then looked up in the tree, and it's tail moved VERY heavily. It was a tree that looked like had fruit on it, so it climbed up, and began to eat and help the tree.

"Great... I'm literally stuck with a creature that it's biggest worry right now is food. FOOD!" He said as he looked at the sky. "I smell... A DRAGON!? YES!" He said as he stood excited.

"If I kill that dragon... All of my crystals...!" He said as he smelled the air and looked in the sky.

"It is going east! C'mon, before we lose it!"

The lizard landed on the wolf, it was clear it was VERY full from eating, and judging from it's weight it ate enough for a good long time. He softly hissed as he pondered what the wolf was going to do...

The lizard tilted his head at the wolf... Now worried that it shouldn't of eaten so much... The jars on his side softly moved as they walked, still filled with honey and wax, and one now filled with a fruit like mush. "I... guess I don't mind?" he said slowly so he could talk right and not say anything stupidly.

"GOOD! I find it easier to hunt if I have something that the dragon actually wants. I can't ensure though that you will live... BUT I DON'T REALLY CARE!" He said as he looked at the silhouette of the dragon that was already vanishing.

But the trail lived on.

The lizard made a LOUD whine noise as he was carried on, to hunt the dragon. He pondered why he really needed to kill a dragon... He met a few dragons in his life, most used him like 'a can of pop' then went on their way, but some were nice. Then again as he thought to himself, how did this wolf thing work? Was there someone inside working on the pipes and stuff? He kept thinking as his stomach made loud noises, processing all the food.

Huh, odd... So Angena actually had something in common with this nerd. It was pretty weird to have them looped into one category, considering their dispositions were so far apart. She wondered where exactly this guy came from. Probably some pretty candy-land full of nerds who only fight over book collections. Ugh. At least this guy was at least... bearable. But for now, she still viewed him as soft, and while he was probably pretty book-smart, she bet when it came to application he was quite the dumbass. Certainly she, with her grand instincts, would be the better decision-maker? This scientist probably only new random facts and other useless garbage. Still, she supposed he could be worse... Angels didn't have the best reputation among her kind, at least in her homeland, but so far this guy hadn't tried to shove any moral bullshit down her throat. So that was something, at least.

"So, what the hell is that hunk of metal?" she asked, raising an eyebrow as she pointed to the flying-machine-pet-...thing, that the angel was talking to. It hovered through some means that she denoted as too dorky for her to really care about. "And why are you talking to it? Is it some strange dude from your world, or something? It looks like a robot..." She tilted her head, looking at ED... Hmm. How much would the parts of that little flying device be worth? Probably a pretty bit of coin... Perhaps she should keep that option open in the future.

...See? Totally a great decision-maker.

"Yeah, tis a little robot named ED. He carries my tools, most of the time, and helps me fix stuff. I just. . . tinker with him. Helps pass the time, really. Helps me stay aware of everythin, too." ED gave a confirmatory chirp, flying a little higher. "I plan on eventually stickin more and more on him till he can barely fly- next thing is a laser. Little laser good for weldin, and keepin pests away." He grinned, and walked a little faster, seemingly relishing the thought of adding more and more onto this little robot.

Both of them began to talk and converse about each others prowess, without really listening what the other really was saying. Although that was until they had reached the docks. The smell of fish, the feeling of both seawater and steam could be felt in the air, as two winds compete to get ones attention. The night kindly appeared as the docks were suddenly alive with tourists and "entertainers"

In one side the boats could be seen. Huge and small were small understatement as many of the ships were military use and few were for tourists. The other side was filled what seemed to be warehouses and bars, filled with seasoned adventurers looking to get their fill of booze and woman. Inside the bars though there were soldiers too... carrying a new rumor of a possible war raging in Europe. The couple though needed to select a vessel, regardless of that...

Their options were as followed: Buying a ticket to Europe in general was not going to be available at least on a ship since tickets usually cost an arm and a leg (Literally). But... there were other options. Either they hijacked a ship, or they did something in exchange for them they could accept.

Now to the ship selection, they could primarily see 3 ships that were somewhat suited to their needs, a commercial ship that had one refueling station in Bermuda and the to England, a battle cruiser that was headed directly to Spain and lastly, a Luxury Cruise with stop in Bermuda, and then directly to Sweden.

-------------------------------

The Wolf saw as the night was coming and sighed. The night was upon us, but the country was still far away... That and the fact that a certain SOMEONE had been on his back... alll... this... time!!

"Lightning.... SHIELD!" He said as he used one to activate his shield and send that little pest away from his back. The electricity would do him no harm, since the shield was consequently more weaker than the Bolt. "Seeing that my prey is away for, let's learn a little bit of each other. I have learned that if I know enough about someone, I have less possibility of turning it into my dinner. So... talk about yourself". He said as he sat down and watched Lizard Bee.

The Lizard rolled onto his back, opened one of his jars, ate the fruit paste inside, and closed it. He then took a breath and said, "To be honest... I was with a group trying to get to this place.", he then spat up a honey/wax mixture into the jar, and used his tongue to separate the wax and honey. "To be honest there are two types of my type that I was with, Passive, and Aggressive. I'm passive. I build, and make honey. The aggressive fight, make venom and stuff." He then looked at the wolf and said, "Want a wax coating? It could help you look shinier..."

"WAIT, WHAT?! YOU DON'T FIGHT!?" The wolf shouted as he looked at the bee. Many birds flew away as the roar could be heard from miles away. "So... in the fa-... JAKS!" He screamed to the skies as he then went on a 10 minute rant.

Which involved his bad luck, why was he created and why in the names of Gods was he currently linked with the sole creature that could not even hurt a fly. A. FREAKING. FLY.

"ARRRGG!!!" He screamed to the air as he then regained his composure as and said in a stressed voice. "Well, is there... anything else.... I should know?"

-------------------------------------

The Merchant ship loomed from side to side. The ship itself was nothing spectacular, as it presented itself with a pointy end hull, with 2 wheels on each side. Klein could see that the ship itself though had long since past it's golden age. The ship was at least a decent size, with 121 meters long and 20 meters wide. He probably calculated that the max speed that the ship could actually do for now was... 14 knots.

The captain was near the ship ordering some cargo boys on some crate.

The captain noticed the couple and asked with a heavy spanish accent. "Los puedo ayudar? May I help you?"

"Well... I can fight... but not as well as the aggressive ones...", he said as he pawed at the ground and curled up. "In fact... To be honest both sides, aggressive, and non aggressive are both the same, I've seen one turn into another and back again. All for the most silly reason." He said as he stretched. "Our diet."

"Where are you heading, exactly?" Klien cocked his head to one side, measuring this man up as he spoke, hoping to get passage to Europe without paying.
Perhaps fix that thing up, shouldn't be too hard. . . old enough that inprovements could be done pretty quickly and easily too. Yeah. Lets go with that.

Angena kept quiet for the moment, sizing up the captain. He seemed to be a relatively impressive fellow... Sailors often lived hard lives, and that she respected. She'd still bite his face off if he said the wrong thing, however. Which every damn human in this godforsaken world seemed to just LOVE doing. Meh. At least Klein, the sciencey-nerd-guy, knew how to negotiate. She didn't particularly like talking to people that she couldn't afford to piss off. If they needed this guy, she'd keep her mouth shut and deal with him... for now.

"With a stop in Bermuda, I'm going straight back to my motherland, to Spain. Mi amada mia, my loved one, is waiting for me at the port with a blue dress and with a newborn that has my name! I must make haste too! All the war is bringing me right now is pain and suffering to no ends!" He said as he striked a dramatic pose. He definetly had a flair for drama... huh?

"But... Why do you ask Amigo? Are you seeking a passage to Spain?" He said as he looked at the couple and then said. "Are you perhaps... In love with each other?"

----------------------------------

The Wolf looked interested on what the bee just said. "Diet you mean? So it's not a cast thing, but more of a command chain... " He said as he pondered and then asked.

"What makes you go aggressive then?"

"Well you see... It comes to diet for one reason. Sweet things like fruits make honey easier, waxes too. So it makes them Passive.", The lizard yawned, "And when it comes to things that max toxins... Like rotten things, meats... drinks... It makes them built for fighting...", It was clear he was about to go to sleep. "But there is some... third option... think it's a queen thingy... Plain and simple makes other lizards and can make anything like wax, honey, or venom with extreme ease... But you... and...", and just like that he was asleep. Hissing softly as he did.
