Ah, she seems to be fine. . . unwounded at least. Damn, I'm glad it came out alright for her, like it did for me. I don't know what I wouldve done if she died. . . "We err. . . killed Lag. Nothin left, that I could tell." He winced as he heard the larger of the two mecha fall to the ground, still having the chainmail for Angena over his left arm. Hmmmmm. . . that would be good. Go nanomachines, make a laser rifle from some of the bits. He stared at the fallen mecha for a few seconds, before some gray goop-like substance started to run over the surface. The smaller of the two mecha, the one that didn't fall, looked much more crude, as if it was merely a powered set of armor. That it was, really. "Killed him with the help of another god-power person. Oh, and there are five tools, not three. Funny huh, we were lied to all along." His expression slowly changed into a much softer, caring one, with a small smile laid upon it. "I'm just. . . just glad that we are both alright. Both of us, defying the odds, huh?" |

The fire demoness nodded, looking... mournful, actually. It was an emotion that the rest of the group had never seen her wear. In fact, she herself couldn't even remember feeling like this... Gods, why did he have to talk to her? She had never had to kill someone she had to... know about. She'd killed bandits and raiders without a problem, and members of other tribes that warred against her own. But she had never learned about the past of those she killed. She didn't think about loved ones, or families... those were foreign concepts to her area in the Wasteland. But the Captain... He had people he loved more than life itself, and she had made sure he would never see them again. It was the suckiest damn shitfest she had ever been in. Without saying another word, Angena moved forward, giving Klien a hug. This was the first, non-alcohol-influenced hug she had ever given anyone, ever... She found such a way of expressing emotions weak, normally. But, though she hated to admit it... She felt like she needed it right now. "...I'm glad you are safe as well," she said quietly. "Five tools, then...? Bah..." She shook her head, her expression darkening, before becoming soft and unsure. "...I... I do not know if I even want the Tools anymore. The Captain was controlled by them... They can control people. What if, when I get their power, they control me? What if I'll just be a slave to the power of the Tool? And... what else do I have to do to even obtain its power in the first place?" She looked down at the stone in her hand. Already, she had trekked across countries and oceans, and, most notably, absolutely destroyed a loving family. The Captain's wife and child... would never see him again. And it was her fault. She couldn't blame it on the Tools. "...I... feel like a piece of shit..." she said, sighing. "It's... I've never felt bad like this before..." She frowned. She really, really hated to admit fear. Fear was anathema to the badass persona that she had so carefully constructed. But... she was now starting to become... a bit scared of the Tools. Were mortals even really meant to ever have them? "...We should be careful. Though... I have the Stone." She held it up. "...I must pass another trial for it to work... I guess... for now... we forge ahead..." |

"I'm sent here to help you as your mission is kind of critical is it not, and yes I've taken a few lives but you need people able to fight do you not." She said after a slight pause where she didn't look phased but was a bit inside wondering if her cover had been blown already, she decided she needed a cover up and that was what she said about that. "Besides didn't you get your ass handed to you there almost?" She smirked and looked at him still leaning against the wall. |

"Well... It is true that to survive in the wild, lives need to taken" Fenrik said with a sigh as he looked at Amaya with a sad face. "Well... I think the mission is important... I don't really know. I can't tell anymore." He said as he tried to get, but his leg split in two. "But... I'm guessing since you are here, we might as well accept your help. You did help us kill that God..." He said as he then stood up in three legs and began to limp towards Angena and Klien. If Fenriks jaw wasn't that broken, he would just gaped it open. Angena... WAS HUGGING KLIEN?! "... Let's give those two some privacy..." He muttered as he then limped to the destroyed and just laid down. The battle was over... so a little bit of peace would be nice. "You... " He said as he reffered to the stranger. "What is your name...?" ----------------------------------------- Lizard bee tracking abilities were not that honed... but he could smell coal and smoke. The lizard started to head to the coal and smoke smell... but he stopped, grabbed a boulder, a small one, and carved at it a bit. He wanted to make a pot of some sort, felt odd that he wasn't carrying anything on him... After a few he had made a VERY crude pot. He then strapped it on with a few vines and carried on. Due to how frail the vines were it was amazing how the pot didn't fall off... |

Klien's eyes widened, as he hugged her back. What? Oh. Wow. He listened as she spoke slowly, turning it over in his mind for a few seconds. "We could just you know. . . fuck it. Leave, forget about the tools, live out our lives somewhere peaceful." Klien mulled the words over as he spoke, they did sound appealing. Though they wouldn't get back to their worlds, what use would the tools be if they locked you into one place anyway? Not very appealing. He didn't seem to want to let go of her, though, just letting her head go on his shoulder. |

Resting her head on Klien's shoulder, Angena closed her eyes for a few moments. "...Let's... keep going, for now... Gods, I wish that foul-mouthed lie-talking son-of-a-bitch ghost was here..." She cursed softly. "...He has a lot of frickin' explaining to do about this bullshit. I'd hold him up with magic, by his throat, until he sang like a damn robin..." She sighed, obviously still upset. "...Maybe we can learn about these... things, if we keep going. Maybe we can... destroy 'em, or something... I mean, they enslaved the Captain easily... What if... what if we can't just leave? What if we can't forget about them, or abandon this crazy-ass mission? ...I... don't like being controlled. By anyone. Or anything." Truth was, Angena didn't know what to do. She had been easily lured into this mission by promises of ultimate power and riches beyond her wildest dreams. But so far, Jacks had only told them lies. He obviously knew more about the Tools than he let on, so why should they trust a single thing he said at all? He had his own motivation, his own purposes at heart. The group was nothing more than a few little unsuspecting-idiots who were being used for another man's own plans. If Jacks already had the power of a god, why would he even need the other Tools, or want them to have them? It was crazy shit, and Angena was having trouble processing it all. "...Maybe we should just try to leave... I don't know..." The anger left her, and she became numb once more. |

"Amaya at your service" Amaya said with a little mocking bow and then smirked and looked at him She was glancing a bit at the other two to see what they where doing if they still where in sight. She wondered if they would accept her little story and trust her, well trust would be a bit of a high hope so accepting her would probably be the best chance she had. "A gal of many talents and skills, I have a rather broad skillset from pursuing many interesting things." |

"A gal of many talents and skills?" He said repeated as he looked at Amaya. The crystal in his chest was shinning a little bit, but Fenrik just sighed. "I do hope that one of those talents is being a detective... because not even I know what the bloody shit is happening." He said as he looked at the sky. The night was coming fast as the town was now still... And... all of the townspeople were just... gone. The city... looked more dead than ever now. Did the people come too with the Challenge? Who knew. But, that meant that they could actually rest for the night in that city. With the tool in her hand... She began to hear a little... voice. A voice that was coming out of the gem. A little tiny... voice? The tool... was alive? The gem began to sparkle as it suddenly grew too heated for her to touch. It did not burn, but it was pulling with all of it's might. It went straight to the sky as it shone for a seconds. The stones flashed to a deep purple ... and suddenly a white boy with a leather long jacket, a gloves and some long pants appeared out of the gem. "Ayayay! Pero que paso aqui?!" He screamed as he then looked at his hands. He then looked around and saw Angena and Klien. "... ANGENA?!" He screamed as he stepped back and took the familiar stance that Angena had just witnessed in the nearest battle.... as water... went... to his hands? The gem was stuck in his forehead as if it "Didn't you just kill me?" But the light did not waver. From the gem came out a second figure... A woman that was dressed in a silver and gold dress as she her hair was changing from fire to water, from water to wind, wind to earth... The woman was tall and slim as she opened her eyes. It displayed a certain spark as if it just explosions inside her eyes. The air changed as if it just began to resonate with the figure. The whole town was beginning to light up as a barrier was formed as a throne of stone and amethyst rose up too. The woman sat down and looked at Angena. "My dear child..." She said as her voice boomed all over the place. Fenrik inmediately stood up and limped outside as he then gaped his mouth open. "... Oh boy.... WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE?!" He said as he then proceed to do something... uncharacteristic. Bow down with his head to the pointing to the ground "My dear Fenrik..." She said as she rose up and rose her, leaving the metallic wolf in the air and putting him closer to her.. "I see that you are still in this old carcass of yours. I did say that Jacks that would be bad companion in your Search for the Tools." She said as he put him down. "Yet you still insisted to go on and trust him." "It's nothing that a Goddess like you should trouble herself with." "But is now..." She said as she looked at Angena and the captain. "I see that the Search is once more in motion..." "Yes...." "Well... Children, I'm the Goddess of Magic... and one of the 5 creators of the world. And I see that something is troubling you my child..." She said as she looked at Angena. "What is it?" -------------------------------------- The night came Lizard bee had still ways to reach town. It was best to get a hiding place. Near him was a mountain that could contain caves or he could just use the nearby trees. He however had began hearing rustling here and there... Edited by Dendyn, May 6 2012, 02:04 AM.

The lizard simply decided to head into the cave... It sucked he couldn't get as far as he wanted to... He then simply went inside, made a small fire easily, chewed on a branch, and looked at the scale softly. It felt... odd for him... being alone. He really had no good thoughts or anything... he was just alone. With a scale he couldn't use. Heading to a giant tree for power. Made as much sense as... He then sighed as he thought about how little sense this whole thing meant. He just wanted to get the silly power as quick as possible so he could be happy... and better yet get Jacks happy and off his back... |

"...Wait... What." Angena didn't shout the two words, and they weren't very eloquent or complex. Yet, combined with her tone, and the disbelieving, eyes-wide look on her face, the words were all that were necessary to express her amazement at the sheer amount of surprise-bullshit that she had just witnessed. And it wasn't even the first time this day! This day was just full of complicated, impossible, crazy bullshit. She had just killed the Captain - a futuristic, more grizzled version. Yet, he... just jumped out of the frickin' Tool. He also was a great deal younger - a kid, really, couldn't be over sixteen - and he seemed confused as hell too. To complicate the already-convoluted matter, a tall, slim woman had also stepped out of the Tool. Fenrik seemed to recognize this woman, though Angena had never seen her before. The stubborn, proud guide of their journey... actually kneeled before this woman, pressing his forehead to the floor in respect, calling her a "Goddess." Was this... the Goddess of Magic? She certainly radiated an awe-inspiring aura of heavy magical energy, and her appearance shifted with the traditional elements of Magic, particularly her hair. The woman addressed Angena as "child," next... But did not do so in a condescending light. If anything, it seemed a warm word for this being. The woman formally introduced herself as the Goddess of Magic, confirming Angena's assumption. What... was a Goddess doing inside one of their own Tools? Didn't the Gods leave the Tools behind a great many years ago? ...Unless she was lied to yet again. It wouldn't be surprising. Angena released Klien slowly, reluctantly, lookng at the Goddess. "I... killed him." She pointed a claw towards the Captain - she knew it was still him, though he looked younger. "I killed a man who loved his family more than he loved his own life. He had a wife, and he told me about a child, when we first met. I spent weeks on a boat getting to know him. We didn't always get along, but... he wasn't an asshole until he got tired of my shit, I guess..." She looked away. "And I killed him... for a frickin' damn rock." She looked down at the stone with distate. "He said he was trapped by the Tools. Imprisoned. It's already obvious that the masked guy was full of shit, and..." she sighed, closing her eyes. "...I don't think I even want this anymore. I... don't think getting the Tools is a good thing. At all." |

Klien did something very uncharacteristic of him. He stared. He stared openly. Things, they didn't do what he expected. Not at all. Everything, so screwy in his mind- the laser rifle still being made, unnoticed. Well, frick. Call me a loser and bury me alive. "We just. . want to get out alive. I think." Klien deffered to Angena, not having much idea what to say. It threw off his projections, his plans, and made them kindling before the fire. He had nothing, no idea what to do. |

"I just got here I think I may have less knowledge about this then you guys, so what was happening here?" Amaya said with a small chuckle and then continued as her tail swished back and forward. She rubbed the back of her head as she spoke and wondered if this mission would be easy or hard, probably the latter since life had a tendency to do that to people, especially when they would think it would go easy. She smiled a bit for herself as she thought about the times she had prevailed against hard missions. "... But my detective skills aren't that shabby so I guess I have to figure it out eh?" Amaya then looked back and her face opened up in surprise as the gem shot up into the air and all the events that followed, it could only be summarized that she was really really surprised about this and her reaction was. "Eh... What?" Edited by Fiskpinne, May 7 2012, 11:39 PM.

"My poor girl... " She said as a face of pity and compassion swept across her face. She took a deep breath as she then stood up as she then cleared her voice. She began to move her hands as she was weaving the space. "Let me tell you the story of our creations..." She said as she walked and with a swirl of her hands, the dome got as dark as the night and stars began to appear in the dome. In the middle of them appeared what seemed to be... their planet. Or at least that was what both Klien, Amaya and Fenrik knew of. "The true story, a part of the story that not even the Deceiver know of." "Us the Holy Trinity..." She said as a small scale model of her, a man and a beast emerged around the world, regarding the original 3 gods. "We indeed had used the Tools to create the world. That much is true. We had cast the many spells and wonders to the world, so many blessings...." "But we had no power to create... Life. The nature that was created there died almost instantly and the machines were nothing but statues there." She said as she looked sad at the world. "For many Eons, the world was more like a statue garden as it stood motionless, lifeless..." "The world was perfect in that state though... Nature and Machinery.... Or Lifea and Machina'ar really enjoyed doing many things, hence the reason why you see in this world so much nature... and weird things around. You may have to encounter a Wild Golem... If you ever wish to live though I would recommend getting out of it's path." She said as she giggled a little. "As I was saying... The world was a garden but I sought to create Life. Life that could mutate, change, endure in this world and also... we needed Time. But, those two elements were out of my powers and the Tools were long gone to hiding." "While Magic can replicate or create something LIKE Life or a Soul... It is nigh imperfect. You must know scientist that Life is not something that Science is able to create with it's power alone. So he had to call upon two more companions... One of them you already know. The Keeper of Time... Horas, or you better know him... Jack." She said as a new piece appeared around the globe. "With him, he created a new Tool, the Mask of Time to create a weave time." "With his power... Time began to flow and so did the rust and others come too. But the world still lacked a Soul, a living soul that actually allowed the being in there to think... to feel for the others. Golems were there... but they were not... Alive. So we called upon the last God for it to become a complete planet. An living soul that we all, in different points of our creating, began to yearn. He came and left us with his one tool... The Tear of The Living... A tool that created the first living creature... and who began to expand and create more and more. We watched fascinated as the world changed in ways that we didn't forsee. How the wars went, how later the humans and many other species began to interact!" "We too hid the tools in the world... But Jacks was not about to be separated from his new power. Time was a powerful tool that began to reflect as he to control time itself. The middle ages is what I think you call it. Or better known as the Dark Ages. We had tried to stop him... but with his tool in his hand, we can't trap or even follow him. He began to crave for more and more power as he sought out for the other Tools. "Samuel, the first Guardian, hid the tools in places that not even Jacks can enter... so he began to look for Searchers. People with the qualities of the gods to help him get the tools. And that is where Fenrik came in too... As he was originally a Searcher. As fate saw that day, he didn't make it as a Searcher... So Jacks trapped his soul and put him into the body you see now. His memories were sealed too, so he became his Guide..." She said as she patted his head. Fenrik coughed as he then said. "Kakatis is a kind goddess. She gave me a chance to live and power to actually continue living as long as I need to. Without her, I would have died eons ago...." She nodded as she then said "As time went by, we finally decided we needed to bring Warriors from different ages and differents skills to defend the tools... So we sought out for our own Guardians. The Captain in the future would convert into a great mage with great power... so I decided to take him on a loan for our protection." She said as he looked at the Captain. "Don't worry though. Your family believes you went out on a morning stroll... and it shall remain like that until we are done with this." "Now... The world is in peril once more and you are probably the best chance of winning the war that is about to be unleashed upon the heavens and now you're going to have to fight... for us" She said as she looked at the group. "Do you seek to get revenge on the Deceiver... or do wish to harness our power?" -------------------------------------------- Lizard bee heard a rustling noise as many rocks came down. A familiar scent had finally come down to his nostrils... as he finally figured out something else. "... YOU?!" A voice in the shadow said as he felt steps inside the cave. A creature similar to Lizard bee crawled to him as he then screamed. "Tell your name and rank! NOW!" Edited by Dendyn, May 8 2012, 03:39 AM.

"...What?!", the lizard said as he backed up a little. He was unsure what the thing he saw was... Was it a solder in a war or something? He couldn't tell, he was worried though... To be honest he just wanted to rest a little before he went to the tree. "I... don't have a rank or name... But I woke up at a Textile Factory...", he said to the being. |

Listening carefully, Angena nodded slowly as the story of the creation of the entire world was given to her. A few of the words escaped Angena's vocabulary, but the overall message was clear: They'd been had, by this... D-C-ver. Sounded like the name of some robot... Was Jacks a robot? It didn't make sense... Angena didn't really care what the God-like guy was, he was obviously an asshole. Someone who needed that mask broken by a flame-powered punch to the snotty little face beneath. The legend of the "Searchers" and how they were meant to have the Tools had all been a lie... and Angena had fallen for it, lured by the idea of unlimited power and wealth. What an idiot! She felt enraged at herself. At the same time, she felt relief. The Captain was safe, and would be returned to the family which he loved so dearly. She had not really murdered him... But she would have, she might as well have. Why did she care so deeply about it? She had never felt this way before, throughout her entire life... And, in the harshness of the Wasteland, she had killed, injured, and intimidated many. Now, however... she started to feel... ashamed, of it all, of the way she had lived her life. Yes, her targets had mostly been raiders, or people who would have killed her, but... There were others she was not so sure she could not have avoided hurting at all. Maybe... Maybe she needed to reassess her priorities, and her behavior... Fix herself. ...But first, that mask-wearing-bitch had to die. "...I don't give a damn about your power anymore, Goddess," Angena said, shaking her head. It may have seemed a bit disrespectful, but hey, at least she used the term "Goddess"... Angena looked up at the sky. "Bad shit's going to happen if that asshole gets the rest of the Tools, right? He's already shown he's a real bastard with only his precious little mask. He used us, with the intention of throwing us away, and who knows what the hell he'd do with all the Tools. Nothing good. I want to smash his little mask into pieces, and, more importantly, end the life of the face beneath it." Her hands curled into fists. "...But then... I want to go home. I want out of this world... Klien does too. We want to go back to our own world. If... we help you, by beating the shit out of Jacks until he kicks it, will you help us with that?" Angena asked. |

Klien had come to just about the same conclusion as Angena- What he had been fighting for was a lie, yet the route to what he needed lay in front of him. Beat another like Lag, and go home. Kill him. Destroy him utterly, with things that he didn't expect. It did sound better than trapising around the world for personal power, instead he'd be trapising all around the world to help this world. Pity people probably wouldn't ever know it, not that he cared very much about that. "Just. . . give us the power to beat Jacks, kill him, do whatever we need to do to him. Then send us back to our world, with a small boon. I'd just rather that we not die in the process of doing this, you know. But I'm sure you have something to prevent that, don't you?" Klien said slowly, as if mulling the words over as he said them. It was a lot to ask, but then again, this was one of the creators of this world. If anyone would be able to grant a boon, and do it, it was she. After all, she was asking for their help, it was only fair to ask for something in return, right? That is how his line of thought went, anyway. |

Amaya paused as the events unfolded in front of her eyes her face locked in amazement but did not betray the conflict that raged within her. This situation seemed to turn more complicated with each second as her employer could also be one that would upset the balance and not just the team she had joined to observe, this was a tricky situation and she probably would need to gather some more information. But how would she be able to find the right choice in this very complicated situation? Amaya rubbed her face and drew in a breath to calm herself as she continued observing doing the best as she could to remain calm and come up with a good answer to this dilemma. |

The goddess pondered as she then saw the couple with the stranger and the golem. What an odd party they had formed right there... Jack had created a very capable party. But... why did he do that? This party had the power to stop all of his schemes... What were truly his plans? The goddess wondered as she looked and listened. "We'll do what we can. We are not as strong as we used to be... But perhaps with the Tools we can manage. But for now... You children need to find a way to get the last tool on Atlantis. Machina'ar is a really precacious guy so I would recommend spending a little bit of time to rest and learn... New things." She said as she looked at Angena with gleaming eyes. "Beware of Jack...." She said as the light faded away and the goddess returned to the captains crystal. The captain shook his head and looked at the group. "Well... Now what do we do?" Fenrik stepped up as he then limped to the front of the group. "For now, we need to get out of here and find a suitable place to rest. Near the mountain there is a city of Mechaniloids. We can stay there." "NONONOO! We must go and visit Italy! There is the royal academy of Magic!" The captain said with infinite passion. "No, we go to Meteora" "Italy!" "METEORA!" They both turned around and looked at the group as they both said at the same time "You back me up, right?" -------------------------------------- The soldier shook his head as he then said "Fresh blood... Well, we called for new recruits. Welcome to the 4 race army. You are newest recruit with no option of leaving out" He said as he looked Lizard bee and whistled. A couple of other creatures, 2 other Lizardians appeared as apparently what was the leader said. "You WILL accompany..." He said as they hit Lizard bee in the back of his head, KOing him instantly. The next thing he saw... Was that he was in a tent... with what seemed to be... snow?! SNOW?! "Welcome... To mother russia, private L." A voice outside the tent as an old man entered the tent. "I see that you are awake." Then... many others officers followed him as he sat down on the chair. Edited by Dendyn, May 11 2012, 09:47 PM.

"...WHAT.", the lizard said flatly. "DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU DID!?!?!", he said as he grabbed one and shook him lightly. "I WAS TRYING TO GET TO THE MOTHER TREE BECAUSE I WAS BEING CHASED BY A POWERFUL BEING! YOU THINK THAT AN...", he then paused what he was saying. Maybe this was a good thing... A big army could help... "... Well, I just hope that you guys are strong enough...", he said softly, as he curled up. He shivered a bit, not used to the snow and cold. After a little he said, "So... why am I here...?" |

Without the Tools, it would appear, the Gods had lost some of their power... That was unfortunate. But, Angena held one tool within her very claws, and soon, she had no doubt, Klien would have his own. After all, he was hyper-intelligent... There was no way he would fail in whatever trial came to him. They had a bit of time, however, to pursue another venture before heading out to Atlantis... the Captain and Fenrik both told them to go to two different-sounding places. What she knew from Klien told her that "Mechanlinoids" was probably some big fancy-techy-sciency city. Klien had once talked about building a "Mech..." It was supposed to be a big robot or something that smashed stuff. While she didn't know (or care) how it worked, the idea of smashing or otherwise destroying things with a huge robot was one that appealed to her. Maybe in the city they could get one of those? To go with... whatever that robot-thing behind Klien was. ...She had never seen a real "mech," before, so had no idea that Klien already had one. The other place was an academy of magic... In some place called "Iteley." She vaguely remembered meeting a guy named Iteley once. Then again, she thought she was drunk at the time... Anyways! The idea of learning new magical tricks was an alluring one, but... It sounded like they were fancy-magicy-book-smarty-guys there... Angena's tribal views of magic focused on natural body control, and the raw potential of the soul. The magic they had was probably diluted with superficial rules and nonsense that had no place in true magical performance. Either way, she guessed it could be interesting. "...The mechy-city, it helps with tech, right?" Angena asked, tilting her head. "...Cause, Klien's got his test-thingy next, not me... And he's all techy..." |

"Well for me it doesn't matter where we go. I was sent here to help you in your quest and that is what I'm going to do." Amaya said from her position leaning against a wall and still trying to figure out what to really believe and loosing her cheerful side because of it. She really needed to contact her superior and report this, it could be really important as jacks could potentially be a worse threat to the equilibrium. Her tail swished a bit annoyed back and forward as she had trouble totally controlling her emotions right now. |

"Meteora it is, I think. After all, we might as well see what I'll be up against." Klien shrugged. He didn't care too much where he went, as long as Angena was with him, but since she seemed to be leaning towards it as well, it was a done deal. Might as well see if what I've got measures up, after all. See how it performs, compared to what this world has on it's own, after all. Oh, and get Fenrik fixed. Like a dog. Then he heard the other girl talk. Greeeaaaat. Just what I need. More people tagging along. The lizard is gone, though. I have to count that as a positive. |

"AHA! IN YOUR -...!" The wolf bellowed as he pointed his feet to the captain. As his jaw and his leg just... broke apart. The wolf tried to talk... but it was rather useless. Only clanking could be heard as the captain laughed. "You are breaking down like you were made of twigs you useless piece of-..." He was saying until he got zapped to the ground with a lightning bolt. He quickly rose up as he then said "I guess I don't have to mock the sick? Or in your case, the broken" He said as he then quickly grabbed the parts of Fenrik and put them on nearby sack that was lying around. "Now... " He said as he clapped both of his hands as he said "You will hate me for this." He said as he covered with water Fenrik in a cube shape and then with a quick change handseal... The water crystallized. Fenrik was looked... like an old fossil in a really odd placement for a ice cube. The cube quickly rose up as he then commanded the water with little to no effort. "My powers... have greatly increased." The captain said as he looked at Angena. His face changed from laughter to gloominess... But it was merely an instant for then he said. "I'm guessing you have a way of transportation, right? Meteora is probably only on foottravel about 3 hours." He added as he then began to walk to the stairs as he then bowed in ridicule fashion. "Guide us!" He said with a wicked smile on his face. -------------------------------------- "I see that you are adaptable and you comprehend rapidly. That'll make things easier for me to explain" The old man said as he stood up. "Let's start with a little explaining then..." He said as he looked at map of what seemed to be Russia. "This army has been formed with one and only one purpose in mind. To kill our enemies and to find a very special object that are looking for..." He said as he took a piece of parchment. "We are looking for the Tears of the Soul... A power that legends has it that could create an entire new world, an entire race with the power of what we think are the Gods themselves tremble!" He said as he looked dead serious about the endeavour. Suddenly... An explosion was heard from outside as a soldier came inside the tent and he screamed. "THE GUARDIANS ARE BACK!" ... Guardians?! |

The lizard yelled instantly, "YOU ARE GOING FOR A TOOL!?", to be honest he wanted to rip into them heavily about how possibly on how heavily dumb they were... But then again... A little spark of an idea popped in his head. It was hazy but it was forming. The lizard then grabbed one of the higher up lizard people and said quickly, "OKAY. The guardians have the tools power, so we have to find the weakness to it!", he said as he darted outside, hoping to help save people... |

---------------------- "A tool of the gods, exactly!" the old man said as then in the sky... 3 entities came down on the heavens. They all wore black and white robes that was clashed with blue, green and red fire. The one with the red insignia talked first "We have warned many time Caesar to back away from this wretched land...!" He said as he looked at looked at the General. The generals troop was taking arms as they armed with bows and arrows and lances and swords. Over a thousand... over 10 thousands troops were present in the battlefield. The cold and hurtful plains. Lizard bee just ... noticed them now. "Back away!" ... Light came into the sky as many creatures began to surface into the plains. But, they were all Shadows. Shadows carrying weapons. All the shadows had blue eyes and an unexpresive face. |

The lizard bee whined a little as he saw the two sides... Now that he thought of it... he had no good idea what a weakness for life was... maybe metal?... no... nature?... He whined more as he then said to the old man, "What is a weakness to life!?", he said as he started to panic, poking the scale he had a bit, unsure what to do... In fact now that he looked he was right in the middle of the field... between the two armies... |

"Life? Nature? You are spewing pure nonsense!" The general said as he looked at Lizard bee as he said "I'll not leave until I get what I want!" "Greed...." "Lust...." "Power..." All three of them looked sad as then they said "This place will be your grave..." The shadows advanced with their weapons ready... quicker and quicker... Until the two army were about to clash! |

The lizard did one thing, the only thing he could think of at the time. He got into the big pot he made, closed it as hard as he could, and braced for the tumbling around that he was going to have to endure. To be honest he had NO idea who to fight for, one side could help him get more power... while the other... seemed more smart then Lag. Those three acted like they were saints and guarding a power from evil... He was unsur- and just like that he started to shake around heavily, he was like a beach ball in the middle of a huge ocean. |

"Heh..." Angena looked over at the beaten-up mass that was Fenrik. Their guide had taken some pretty hard hits, it looked like, as he was pretty much in pieces. The captain essentially employed magical duct-tape, using his powers of water to get Fenrik... sorta-kinda functioning again. Still, the wolf-robot-thing looked pretty ridiculous. Ah well... If the town they were headed to was full of machine-guys, there would probably be plenty of 'em to fix up their robot-dog-thing. Who knows, maybe they could even mess with him... Either way, it appeared Meet-Eyora was their next destination. It was a weird name... Did someone name Eyora create the place, or something? After walking abroad with the group for awhile, she had finally deduced... all foreigners were weird-ass freaks. "Yeah, Klien's got this locy-motive-thing, that we can use to get around pretty damn fast," Angena said, stretching. Her conscience was relieved, now that the Captain was at least safe. Perhaps, at the completion of their quest, he would be able to return to his wife and child after all. At least, that's what Angena hoped... If the gods could save him, they could grant him that, right? So long as Jacks was stopped and the tools were retrieved... But wait - who was this chick? Angena's eyes narrowed as she sized up some fox-thing. "...So what's your deal? Is she with us, or what?" Angena stared at Amaya, before looking to Klien and Fenrik. "I've never seen her before. Then again, if there's five tools, I guess we were short on two guys all along anyways? I don't know. Shit. My head hurts." She sighed, shaking her head. There was a lot of bullshit to take in, and she was starting to reach the limits of both her mental ability, and her patience. |
