"The world is a very interesting place, specially if you have the parallel world theory in mind. Imagine a world where all creatures of myth coexist, yet they all work with the industrialization process. Our world history, worked with the myth. Not much can be told about this though but this makes the world one interesting place to live in. The civilization working it's way to evolution, to see the medieval time go off and welcome the Modern era. I know since I have lived and passed through there myself. It's the kind of stuff that you do when you are a ghost. Right now it's the year 2011 and I have been dead since '34.

Anyways, my name is Emile Sanders, and I have been murdered and cut off my future. Since I didn't really leave this world, I tried to solve my crime by myself, but to no avail. The challenges required... special skills that we're not given to me and so I despaired. However, I do believe that you have them. I have called you and others to come and solve my murder. It is up to you to really meet the others or not. You can possibly outdo many of the perils and many times the team will have to split up.

As for your reward it's rather easy to explain. My body is in the possesion of what Scientists call the 5 Stones of Elements, The Power of 5 or merely called the 5 Stones. The Stones not only fetch a high price in the black market (a couple of trillion of dollars the set) but also contain the power to bend and create any of the 5 Elements (Water, fire, earth, wind and Life). As you might have guessed, it's a very greedily item so people in this last century have already shown activity in their search.

But, before you can begin to find my body, you need to find the Guide, who is now waiting in a specific place. Find him and you'll begin your journey."

This is a letter you receive in the mail. The world you are right now is called Terra (Using and Steampunk is the setting. As such, guns and other kind of weaponry are allowed as you can use either Steam or Magic to fuel it. But it must have a limit and a weakness. Too much power is not good.

The character can either be human or myth based but the most important thing he needs to have is communication, an effective one. Doesn't matter how, but it must interact with others. And they need to be imaginative too!

Characters sheet is the regular one, with 2 powers = 1 weakness.

EDIT: The Characters can be whatever you want them to be. If they are a soldier, mercenary, or even a hobo, the story will be the same. So every char are eligible.

Name: "Lizard Bee" ( No easy to explain name... )
Race: Lizard/Honey Bee Hybrid/Chimera
Age: 18
Gender: Male.
Class: Chimera/Monster
Element: Life.

Description:
Physical: Muscular and fat, 6 feet tall, brown eyes, covered in scales that are deep green and has hints of black stripes on his tail, has short strong claws.
Personality: He is a being that loves to explore, and seeing as he his part bee and most flowers require a good time to reproduce pollen it is a normal trait. He is loving and very nice, and tries not to do fighting, however if he has to, he is very defensive in his fighting, mostly relying on his opponent to mess up, because he will most likely fail if he is the fighter. In short he is loving, likes to explore, is a little lazy when the mood is right, and does not like to fight.

Other:
Equipment: Has nothing other then a few straps/belts with MANY containers.
Items: Containers mostly have pollen, honey, wax, and maybe a royal jelly or two.
Powers: Pollen Processor - Due to being part bee, with the work of pollen, honey, wax, and kinds of royal jellies/jellies, it is very good at using them for many things, building, cooking, and breeding.
Poison Processor - Due to his bee like nature, he can process certain things and is MUCH more resistant to poisons, toxins, and other hazards, even more interesting is it can be processed into a toxic sting, the toxic poison sting is usually paralyzing, but if he is fed certain items it can be made deadlier, even becoming acid like.
Stomach Power - Due to his special stomach, he can eat MANY things, and if eating wax, he can 'upchuck' it to make a strong compound GREAT for building.
Thick scales - The scales on this lizard are Dense and think, meaning you better grab something more sharp then a pocket knife to do any damage to this lizard.

Weaknesses: Fight less - He does NOT like to fight, if he can he would rather run, compromise, or some other thing to do, he can fight, it's just he does not like to.
Targeted Breed - A honey/wax making lizard being that can be harvested for yummy meat can attract attention to many organizations...
Long Processing - Due to not being an aggressive version of his race he will not be able to naturally process venoms and toxins as easily, and can get HEAVY cramps if he eats anything too toxic, to the point where he cannot do anything except lie around and groan in pain.
Talking Issues - Due to the mixture of bee, and lizard genes not being worked correctly yet, he can talk basic English at the issue of being MUCH harder to understand.

Description
Appearance: He is about five foot nine inches tall, and very skinny, wiry. His hair is white, and is quite unkept, along with a beard that goes down just past the collar of his armor. His eyes are green, and his build isn't emaciated, just skinnier/lighter than a normal man of his size.
Personality: He often tries unconventional methods, or fixing up old things, to do his work for him- IE, add an arm to the eyebot and give it new programming, to do dishes for him if there are lot to do. Often does SCIENCE for it's own sake, if anything else. His reaction to people who are hostile, is often "Stand and Bewilder". Barring that, he might spout gibberish every so often, before entering in more things into his pip-boy, not seeming to mind the world around. He often things that the purpose of his journeying, is not for the money, but to learn new things, fix more robots up to use them, and just see the world.

Perception: 6
Endurance: 5
Charm: 3
Intelligence: Your intellect. 10
Agility: 6

Standard Laser Pistol with two Small Mana Energy Cell packs (one in the gun, one reload)
Vault suit (13) with some armor plates added on, along with a set of glasses, and a pre-war bowler hat. One repair kit.

Eyebot (Barely functional) Has no weapon, can carry some stuff, has tools for making ammo and other items, mostly. When it is on, it hovers at about head-level, and provides well. . . friend or foe identification. (Tick-marks on the compass). It can be on for 4 hours, then needs to be recharged. (Runs off of permanant, recharging Mana Cells.)

Talents
Powers: Science! In other words, very good with computers and other mechanical things, and fixing other complex things. Good with chemistry, all of that. (For what good it does him as a courior)

Good Shot: He is a pretty darn good shot with his laser pistol.

Weaknesses: Slightly Mad: He thinks a bit. . . differently than everyone else. He has trouble connecting, communicating at times, but he thinks that it is the world that is strange, not him.

History
He grew up in the remains of a old, malfunctioning vault with his parents- there he learned many things, but hardly got any social interaction with others, other than his also-crazy parents. He set out, to explore the world- and find other hotbeds of technology, out in the wastes- being a courior was just the way he could make money at it. He often acts as a general handyman when he goes to any town, to make some money, on the side.

(( Vault in this setting being a underground castle, the one he lived in was previously inhabited by a mad scientist ))

Basics
Name: Angena
Race: Demon
Subrace: None
Age: 17
Element: Fire
Gender: Female

Description
Appearance:

Standing at five feet, seven inches in height, Angena cuts a rather impressive figure. She is covered in fur that is crimson in coloration, with dark purple markings cutting over her arms, face, and stomach, giving her an exotic appearance. Her hair is as black as a raven's feathers, and falls down just to her shoulders. Her eyes are deep pools of blue, and seem to emanate a certain cockiness and lack of fear. Her body is layered with muscle, and appears to be quite strong and sturdy. She is a bit skinny, possibly due to a lack of food, but does not look terribly emaciated. Her hands are tipped with long, black claws, meant for shredding.

Personality: What do you do in conflict? How do you deal with simple, everyday life? What's your mood usually like?

Preferring to tackle her problems head-on, Angena is a fearless soul, if not the brightest of wastelanders. She's a bit rough around the edges, and isn't one to spend a lot of time on courtesies. She's willing to work with others, and particularly respects individuals who can handle themselves in combat. Still, she finds people with higher knowledge to be a bit annoying, especially when they flaunt their fancy-pants science information in her face. She's an avid fan of combat and athletic pursuits, and when she enters a conflict, she's usually quick to consider violent options before diplomacy. While she's somewhat cynical, she's not an unhappy person, and particularly likes stretching her combat abilities and taking dangerous risks. That being said, she's relatively easy to tic off, so anyone interacting with her should watch what they say.

SPECIAL FARE

Strength: 9
Perception: 5
Endurance: 8
Charm: 3
Intelligence: 4
Agility: 6
Luck: 5
Funds: 55 dollars.
Arcana: 0
Resistance: 3

Equipment:
- Armor: Reinforced Leather Armor
- Weapon: Old, weathered Power Fist (Technological weapon that makes physical blows more powerful)
- One repair kit

Talents
Powers:
- Survival Expert: Years of living with a nomadic tribe in the Wastes have prepared Angena with knowledge about a variety of survival tactics. She knows what to eat and what not to eat, how to make crude medicine from herbs, and how to make meals from minimal materials.

- Natural Brawler: Angena's excellent at unarmed and melee combat, preferring things up close and personal.

- Fireball: Angena can summon up a great ball of flame to scorch her foes, at the cost of mental energy.

- Fire Dome: Angena can wrap herself in a protective shield of fire.

Weaknesses:
- Barely Literate: Angena can only read in a very limited way. She takes a great deal of time to understand anything more than simple sentences, and thus would probably get very little bonus from any sort of old world text, other than selling it. She's not very well-spoken, either, and has little knowledge of science or anything like that.

- Short-Tempered: When insulted, Angena gets fired up very easily. The problem with that mainly is she takes many things as an insult that are not meant to be such. She's a detriment to any group trying to conclude a conflict peacefully.

History

Living in the outskirts of the modern, technology-based society, and more concerned with the realm of magic, Angena grew up in a nomadic tribe in an uncivilized area that had once been ruined by a terrible war. The nomadic tribe, which held mostly demons, placed knowledge of survival tactics and combat above traditional school learning. As a result, Angena didn't learn to read until she was in her teen years, and even then it was for the sake of knowing if any books she was scavenging were actually useful.

The tribe spent a good deal of time wandering, heading from one set of ruined buildings to another as they searched for any sort of remnants of the past they could get their claws on and sell for a profit. While not quite raiders per se, they tended to intimidate other tribes, and staked claims on sly scavenging sites through force. Angena grew up in this rough environment, and most of the things she owned were scavenged at some point or another. From her family, however, she was given great information about living off the land, and of course, knowledge of the art of combat.

When she turned sixteen, Angena decided to leave her tribe behind, to roam the land and seek her own future and fortune. She knew enough to live on her own, and eventually found her way to a place unlike anything she had ever seen - one of the highly advanced steam-powered cities, with all sorts of marvels and attractions. She eventually started looking for work, which is where her story really begins...

Name: Fenrik AKA the White Death.
Race: Wolf Golem
Age: 3 years (He is older, but he was built 3 years ago)
Gender: Male.
Class: Mechanical beast
Element: Lightining

Description:
Physical: He is a wolf, but instead of hide or fur metal as bright as snow covers his body which made gain the nickname White Death. The metal is not ugly too, it is finely refined and ornamented. Gears can be seen him inside of this torax and a cristal is inside there, powering him. His is a little bit over 1 meter big and weighs between 200 kilos.
Personality: To say he's cold is not really cutting it. He is a hunter, as such he is a calculating and not caring of others. But, he can care... as long as you give him something that he can use.

Other:
Equipment: He carries a pouch with 5 spare crystals. Each crystal lasts for 4 weeks (I'll explain more of this later).
Items: Nothing
Powers:

Lightining properties: Using his crystal, he can use a lightning bolt, or a lightning shield. Depending on how much energy he uses, he could destroy towns, if he wanted. (Counts for 2 as I will describe later.)

Hunterskills: He can detect presence and he can smell a trail. Don't ask how though, not even he knows.

Weaknesses:

Energy dependant: The crystals are his life, his whole life. The crystals are hosts of souls of High Ranked monsters. Every attack of him uses a day of the four weeks he has with the crystal. That is why he spent hunting and also why he needs to protect his chest.

Weak Magic resistance: Name is implied. Magic does a lot of damage, specially since his body is metal. Fire could destroy his armor... But only partially. But it could enough.
The Stones. Some say that they are the reason why the exists, that they are Gods Tools that they used to create the world. Machina'ar, the God of machines created the Earth and Metals with a swift hit of his hammer unto the world. Lifea, the goddess of Life, with a single breath, created Life and Nature as men and women were born... The world was yet to be complete though... Until a third deity came into place, Kasatik, the God of Magic, creating all the elements that are arounds us... Or so we are told.

To be fair, the Legends of the Stones are filled with fantasies and other gibberish stuff. No one knows about them and they are simply discarded as fairy tails, not even legends. Even I, The Guide, had thought they were fake, until they found me.

The World as you know it is not that difficult to imagine. I have seen your dimension, and they are the same, except with less mythological creatures in it. The World of Runeterra is governed by the 3 Streams of Work: Magic, Blacksmith and Nature, as they are the most powerful jobs there are for it is said to be backed up by the gods themselves. But... not all of them are all lucky.

Now, I need to find the next 4 Searchers of the Stones... They could be anywhere and that is usually the case. Nevertheless, I need to search for them, if the I must prevent the Stones to be discovered....

-----------------------------------

Fenrik had still to find a prey as he wanders in the forest in search. He could smell the energy coming... but from where? He needed to find a prey soon!

But... he came upon an abandoned building. A large energy reading could be felt there. The place was filled with wax everywhere, so he supposed a Nature class Monster was there.

"A prey worthy of a crystal..."

-----------------------------------

The scientist received a strange letter... What would he do?

***************************

The Nomad just had arrived to the city... The City of New York. The little creature had received a woke up with a strange letter telling her to go that city... and Find a certain scientist. They would both share common interest. Though the how to search for him in that city was not included though....

The lizard slept happily on some wax near a machine. To be honest this nest was in what used to be a textile factory for something, he never found out due to the others being quick. To be honest the group he was in was trying to get somewhere, he never was told. The group he was with was a more violent type of the creature he was, there were some more kinder ones with him, like 2 or 3, but not much. What he didn't know is they had already left to go somewhere, and he was left behind due to his sleep.

Klien had a job fixing up some of the locomotives on the local industrial railway- it only had a couple engines, and the work went by quickly enough. It was interesting, if hard work, and his work contract was set to expire the next day. He was on the outskirts of one of the smaller cities, in a little shack near the junction between the industrail railway and the main trunk line.
I'll get paid tomorrow, then get goin. Have a little fun, see what prankster sent me this. Buisiness as usual, I guess. Probably fix up the bot a little, get the laser tuned up tight to do a little better for huntin. Maybe I can make it roast my target, so I can just cut the meat off and eat it? Hmmm. . . naah, that would mean it'd cook too much. Stick with boilin, I shall.

"Feh, where the hell is this guy..." Angena said, staring hard at the letter she had received. Some of the words were complex and gaudy, and gave her a bit of a headache. She had simply woke up in possession of the letter... Which ticked her off. If someone wanted to talk her, why couldn't they just what they wanted to her face? Cowards. From what she could understand in the letter, she needed to find a guy. A scientist with whom she'd... she couldn't quite make it out. Get along with? That seemed unlikely, since she was the opinion that all pursuers of academic subjects were generally pricks. They all thought they were so great with their stupid, utterly useless knowledge about random crap. Angena found them incredibly annoying.

Still, she certainly didn't have anything better to do. While just roaming she had come across this city... which was unlike any other settlement she had ever seen. It was massive... with great machines powered by magic and steam radiating energy out into the sky. People rushed by, of various races and dispositions, each looking incredibly focused and busy. There was a sense of urgency in the movements of those traveling through the city. It reminded her to the great abandoned cities she had seen previously... only this city was truly alive and healthy. It was massive, however... how the hell was she supposed to find one guy, who she knew nothing about other than he was a nerd?

Angena's black claws on her left hand clicked on the top of her right, which held a favorite weapon of hers. A power first, old but quite usable... She just loved to smash things to pieces with it. She hadn't had a good fight in awhile... Who knew, maybe the scientist'd tick her off enough for her to be able to hit him. That'd be nice. She ran her hand through her black hair, chuckling as she imagined a pompous nerd's face twisted in pain at her strike.

She wandered through the outskirts, now, wondering what to do in order to actually find this guy that the letter mentioned. She couldn't just ask, could she? "Hey, have you seen a geek come by here?" Meh.

Fenrik licked his teeth as he walked slowly inside the factory. The energy... it was so intoxicating! The creature must really powerful to actually emanate this energy reading!

He walked and walked, making clickity sounds, but nothing more. A shadow was barely cast as he the area was not that well lit up. But he didn't need the light...

He saw his prey right in front of his eyes.

He prepared himself for a lunge... and dived towards with the intention of cracking the neck.

---------------------

The demoness finally arrived to what appeared to be... Railway station? Yes, it was. There were many passengers there, as always in any station in big city. But, on a empty station... there appeared to only one guy working a train. Really focused on fixing it, apparently.

The lizard softly turned in it's sleep. All it heard was some clicking, but that could of been one of the violent lizard bee things doing something... They are very brutal. Even thinking how they breed makes his head feel horrible, but there was something they needed, the more peaceful lizard bees, plain and simple the violent ones have such a low ability to make wax or honey they need at least three around, for building or emergency food. He softly hissed as he wrapped in a bit of some textiles, it felt so soft...

Ah well, looks like this thing isn't too bad off- just needs a little more TLC now and again.
He hummed a little as he greased the bearings on the rods- the locomotive giving a hiss every now and then. The little eyebot occasionally put a little squirt of grease or two on a bearing after he tapped it, apparently at his direction- it seemed to make things a little more convinient.
He didn't even notice the demon near him, so engrossed he was in his work, seemingly happy to do it. He did have a rather odd, calculating if not scientific look to him- splashed with a bit of oil and grease from his most recent work, though. Probably the most science-y person she had seen all day, his lab coat dirty as it was.

Without much of a way to know where she was going, Angena figured she might as well at least try asking for directions. Maybe this big know-it-all was really popular in the area or something... It appeared, currently, she was in some kind of railway station. It was quite a change to see such technology still in use, and in good shape... though it looked like one of the machines was not functioning properly. A man who looked smart was working on it, alone. Perhaps she could ask him? She hated talking to people who made her feel mentally inferior, but at least this guy looked rather muddy and oily. He was still wearing a labcoat, but he didn't look like an average prissy scientist, too scared to get his hands dirty. Well, she might as well get it over with...

"Hey, hey you," she said, waving a claw to get the man's attention. She looked down at the letter in her other hand, obviously squinting hard in concentration. "Do you know of any... scientist, around here? I'm supposed to... erm... I... do something with him, or to him... I dunno... I got this letter..." She gestured at the small slip of white paper. She really had trouble deciphering it, the damn text was useless and annoying. Why couldn't they have just told her? Instead they had to be jackasses and use their fancy frickin' words... Bah.

Fenrik lunged himself and bit the creatures neck. But... The skin was tough. Like really tough. His teeth sank, yes it is, but not more than 2 cm.

He backed out as he noticed that the creature was beginning to wake up.

"This will be harder than I thought..."

--------------

The letter that was stashed up in the Nomads belongings and it began to shine. Time froze around them and light came out.

A man walked to the odd couple as he began to clap out of the light. The man wore a mask and a coat that was covered his entire body. He even wore gloves... Why so much disguises? Well, he did come out of a letter.

"I zee that you are finally meeting, my dear Searchers." He said as he looked at the couple as he looked at Doctor and the Demoness. "With these, my effortz of gathering a suitable party is half done!"

THUNK!
Klien had almost jumped up upon hearing her talk, his head going up until it hit the underside of the water tank. He hit his head hard enough that it was. . . bleeding? Huh. He didn't seem to mind it too much, other than wincing, realizing what he had done.
Ack. . . dangit. Ohwell. I'll just have to be more careful where I stick my head.
He looked at her, seemingly sizing her up. A demoness, huh. Don't see those much, and a power fist. . . I see. Don't tick her off.
"I. . . well. . . am what you could call a scientist." More of a mechanic right now, but that doesn't really matter right now. . . dangit. I'm all oiley. Ohwell. "I do try to figure things out. Why do you ask?" Klein rubs his head, the little eyebot still finishing up lubricating the locomotive.

Then the man came out of the letter, before his very eyes.
"The?" He just stared, then seemed to be taking pictures and readings with a device on his wrist excitedly, descending into gibberish, his own code it seemed. He didn't even pay attention to what the man said, at all, it seemed.

"Meh. You're a scientist, then? Well I -" Angena began to respond to the man, with obvious distaste. At least he wasn't all sterile and crap... He looked to be slightly less of a jackass than most sciency-nerds were, but eh, maybe she'd be surprised.

Speaking of surprises, what happened next scared the hell out of her.

"What the frickin' hell!?" she yelped, looking at the man who suddenly appeared from the letter she was holding. This was some really crazy crap, the kind she had never heard of before. The man had white hair, and looked like he was wearing a mask and robes... overall, a really stupid getup that made him look like a chump. Still, chump or not, this bastard had thought he could sneak up on her. A growl emanated deep in her throat, and she lunged at the man, tackling him to the ground. He had mumbled something about "Searchers" in some weird-ass accent, confusing her further.

"Who the hell are you and what do you want?" she snarled, raising her hand with the powerfist high, preparing to strike. "Start talking. Use any big fancy-pants words and you'll regret it."

The man chuckled as he then passed through Angena, like a ghost. Angena was left in the ground while he shook off the dirt in the ground.

"My oh my, you really live up with the fire demonz temper." He said as he then began towards a bench and sat down. With a flick of a hand, a table and two other chairs appeared, as well as a set of tea and biscuits, that he began proceeded to serve himself.

"To make this as brief and simple enough, I'll make this rather... zimple." He said as he thought of it a little. "I'm what you people call a Ghost, a entity that is not supposed to exist but yet roams in the world. I'm way more complex than that, but who I am is not important right now, but what you guys are supposed to be, right?"

He sipped on his tea, despite the mask, and ate a biscuit too.

"As I said before, you are the Zearchers, the one in charge of looking for me a certain object of certain value for me. Care to hear the details... and might I add, reward?"

To the angry fire demoness' surprise, the man she had pinned on the ground simply passed through her, and indeed actually chuckled. He didn't seem to be concerned about her at all... That ticked her off, but she was also confused. The hell was he? A ghost? Sure, she had heard of them existing, but never expected to meet one. The ghost began talking, while sipping some tea. He truly, truly looked pompous... Angena got the urge to swing at him again. He used a few weird words... "entity." What the hell did the question of who he was have to do with being inside women's breasts? This was some weird freakin' crap.

Suddenly, however, her thoughts of trying to burn the man to a crisp disappeared, her ears perking up in interest as soon as she heard the word "reward." So he was looking to employ her to find something... Well, she had been a scavenger, so she guessed that made sense. Of course, her services weren't cheap. Something about the man's speech, however, made her think he was probably one rich bastard. Probably the freaky accent. It just sounded so annoying and... rich.

"...A reward?" She raised an eyebrow. "...Tell me more, then, about what you want me to do."

Klien still seemed engrossed in taking measurements, pictures and things of this strange man.
So he wants us to do something for him. Oh, right, the element-things, solve that mystery. So the letter wasn't a prank after all. Huh.
He seemed to have settled down a bit now, as he took out a syringe- taking samples of this strange person, the table he made appear, even the biscuit and tea that he drank. What is more, is that it didn't just phase through it. Klien knew what he was doing. Even the eyebot seemed to be observing, recording the event.
"What sort of reward? Will it be a lab? Your ectoplasmic body to play with until spent and scatters to the winds? Or more likely, my testing jars. Or, hmmm. . . your readings aren't like any I've seen before. Strange. Well, who are you, and when did you die? What are you, other than a ghost? Are there other ghosts?" He finally slowed down, finishing with his question as he prodded him yet again with the needle. A strange, strange scientist he was.

"I see that I have the attention of both of you now, eh?" He said as he continued sipping the tea. He didn't phase at the sights of needles but he did answer the question in the following matter.

"I did tell that I wasn't important right now and I'm merely a ghost. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you'll just have believe when I say that and accept the fact that you'll not know more of me than the sole fact that I will hire you for a job that is PRETTY well rewarded. Now..." He said as he put down the cup of tea and stood up. The table disappeared and it was replaced with a book, which he took and opened at the first page.

"I will try to symplify the contents... but this will not be an easy task, for it is written in Babylonic. I will talk about the job itself and the possible rewards you can have."

He cleared his throat and began to read.

"Metal. My whole body is made of metal. Why is it so? Did the Gods curse me? Why do I live? I can't really tell why... But I can also feel? That can't be right... But it is true. I can feel the warmth of the sun, the hardiness of the earth, the fleetiness of the air and the coolness of the water. I have yet to know why... But I feel...

Alive?
"

He closed the book and said "There is one of many things that you need to search for. Mainly speaking, The Stones of Elements, or the God's Tools. This are rumored to be the tools that the Gods Themselves used to shape our world but they had the potential of affecting everything that it had created, like that Talking Golem. Supposedly, they threw it away so the shaping of the future could of the Mortals, not the gods, but... Each God withheld their tool. The Hammer, the Scale and the Wand were all hidden inside the very same creations they did and when the tale was known...."

He took a dramatic pause and sighed. "Every adventurer went out to look for it... But none ever found it. It was regarded then as a myth and a fools dream to actually sought for them. You Nomad must have heard of the Tools, at least, since you people are under the "protection" of the Goddess of Nature."

"But... The Stones of Elements can be found... if only requirements are met. First we need to find a candidate that represents their Patron God... and... well, have them look. With any luck, you'll find... maybe... one?"

"The reward however... is the possibility of being able to get whatever your desires. Riches, fame... or renown. Or... maybe a Lab that will never be obsolete and updates itself? Or how about a life full of thrills and neverending riches?" The Ghost said as he looked at with his sole eye.

"But, the choice is really yours though, to go and look. It is not something you must do... But rather a thing you CAN do."

The lizard woke up due to a stinging pain in his neck. He looked and saw a HUGE mechanical white thing, he yelped as loud as he could then ran as fast as he could to a safe area, he figured a high area with something he could push over at the thing would help, but then again this was the first time he ever saw a combat robot thingy. He saw more industrial or commercial use ones, ones that were dumb and worked even though he was right by them. But enough of thinking he needed to get away from that White Death Machine quickly!

Ah, so a talking golem. Got it. Wheeeee. . . this is going to be weird. Well, at least I get paid tomorrow, then I can get going.
He took a couple more samples of this person, and the book, before seeming to settld down, the eyebot still recording it, as if for posterity now. "So. . . you plan on rewarding us with mythical power, right. Riiight. Well, should be fun to experiment with at the very least." He gave a shrug, not really beliving this ghost, but playing along, it seemed. "Should be fun to go on this wild goose chase, at least."
I can experiment with the samples later, but it seems that he will not answer my questions. Ohwell, what can I really expect? A ghost who knows how they became a ghost? Or what they are made out of?
He pressed another couple buttons on the pip-boy and what tools had been extended from it retracted into it. He gave a thumbs up to the engineer in the locomotive- who had just been watching all of this with incredulity- so the engineer would know that the work on the locomotive was done.
Now that Angela looked, she could see what looked to be a boxy device sticking out from the inside of his lab coat. Not a pistol, but something else.

"What the hell are you rambling about?" Angena said, staring incredulously at the scientist. She hadn't a clue what he was talking about, but she was about ready to strike him in the jaw just so he would shut up. For some know-it-all, he really seemed to be a pretty big dumbass. Who would waste infinite power on a frickin' laboratory? Angena wanted fame! Fortune, lots of it... adventure, endless amounts. Perhaps some boy-toys to go along with it. Yeah, it sounded great... and all she had to do was find these stones. Though she didn't relish the idea of working with this rambling fool.

"I don't know why you want to... erm... experiment? I always thought spear mint gum was disgusting..." She rolled her eyes, snorting. "Now please, shut your mouth before I shut it for you." She curled her free hand into a fist, glaring. She then returned her attention to the ghost, a small smile appearing on her lips instantly. It was not really a friendly smile, however... it was more of a delightfully evil, selfish expression. "All we have to do is find these stones, and we get whatever we want? Hell yeah, I'm in."

Fenrik looked as the creature was getting away by using his wings. "I still have 22 days left on this crystal... I can still use my lightining attacks..."

He began to charge up as he then screamed "Lighting Bolt!"

The lightining hit the Lizard bee straight in the back.

------------------------------

"I zee that the two Zearchers are finally decided... Now I need to find the last one..." He said as he looked at the book and sighed. "Well, the journey is to the east. I think that myths are going to be a really good guide right now. I would look for the vikings mythology carefully there as they will point both the last member, and the place where you need to look for the first tool."

He then added "I'll be off going to face the last member then!"

With a flash, he went away and in his place, a small tree appeared... Weird.

The lizard yelped HEAVILY, it was clear the damage to the fragile wings would of ruined them... To be honest he never really did use them due to them being way to small... The lizard was angry now and started to throw and push stuff into the direction of the wolf thing, the small thrown stuff would of not been an issue... However the lizard pushed a BIG machine part over, it looked like a sowing thing to make mass amounts of something.

Ergh, won't be too enjoyable working with her. Drat.
He took another couple samples of the tree- peeling off a little bit of bark, ripping off a couple leaves, before sticking them in a pocket.
"I just. . . get carried away." He seemed to be smart enough to keep his distance.
So, a golem that feels. Great. We have to find one of those, and some strange god-thing. Wonderful. And no more clues than that. Off on an insane goose-chase I go.
He strode towards the railway office, to try and get his pay early, brushing himself off.

Fenrik dodged many of the throwing thingies at him, but he then paled when he saw the massive machine being thrown to him.

He attempted to dodge, but the tower was too big for him to either destroy... or evade. The wolf received the full machine onto his back.

A lot of smoke was lifted as the tower seemed to crush the wolf. But.... it was not true. The metal was barely bent and the clockwork was still working. The wolf was still alive... but he was inmobilized.

"Now this is not a good place to actually be..." He muttered as he tried to escape.

The lizard hopped down onto some soft fabric and went over to the wolf, it was clear it was immobilized. He smiled a little as he poked it with a nearby pipe. He needed to check if it was immobile or if it was playing him for a fool. If he was stuck he had a few ideas...

The wolf was indeed trapped, but he was not going to give out without a fight, even in that position. "I'll not let you kill me!" He said as sparks flew around him.

The lizard immediately panicked, thinking the wolf was doing some sort of panic suicide explosion move, so it simply spat a big glob of honey and wax onto the wolf, and jumped behind a bit of old machinery, unsure how big the explosion was going to be.

The wolf... was astonished to say the very least. "Of all the things you had to do to me... You threw me honey? Do you have... ANY ..." He said as anger began to pour his body and the electricity intensified. A lighting bolt was cast... a 18 day worth of energy was put into that.

The machine was thrown away against a wall as the wolf stood up and looked at the creature. "IDEA... IT WILL TAKE... TO CLEAN THIS?!"

He lunged....

A light appeared between them. The wolf noticed he was lying in the air and he was thrown back gently. A man with a mask appeared and said "I can't have you kill each of the Zearchers... my dear Fenrik!"

"Jaks!" Fenrik said as he stood up and growled. "What are you doing here?!"

"Mymymy, you really still have that temper, huh? White death?" He said as he sat down on mid air. "You can't kill that creature. He iz a zearcher... Just like you."

"WHAT?! Again?! How many times will you have to sacrifice lives to get those tools?!"

"The ammount it takes. And you can't stop me right now... not with so little energy... do you?" he said in a cocky voice as Fenrik growled. "Since you are here too... You'll be our Guide again?" The masked man asked. Fenrik growled and said "NO WAY! I'm not doing that AGAIN!"

"Well..." He said as he looked at the sky and turn around. "You don't have a choice... do you know?"

The man vanished as quickly as he came. The wolf softened his expression and looked at the creature.

"I'm... Screwed."
