As the two were getting closer to the light, they could see something at the center of it. They needed to walk closer, but, considering that the closer they got, the better they felt, it would be not problem.

"I hope you're right," Jenoth replied to Gwen.

Well, I can't tell you my name. But, I know that yours is Lag. The voice continued inside Lag's head. You don't need to speak aloud for me to hear... though, it would be a little amusing to see that happen. Anyways, you need to follow your heart, Lag. Just don't lag behind, it jabbed, chuckling thereafter. A hint of seriousness spilled out from its words, You need to hurry...

Jen and Lag were really starting to feel the hunger pains now. Thirst was also starting to wear on them.

~~~~~
(Group 1)
A lot is happening out here. The voice replied, though Naum was addressing Kutask. Look, I'm sorry, but we can't wait anymore. You're dying, and so is Kutask. You need to find your key. You'll know where to find it, but you have to start your search now... It paused. Open your eyes and see the truth.
By this time, Kutask and Naum noticed that their hunger was getting worse... hypoglycemia was beginning to set in. But, yet worse, so was dehydration.
Naum opened her eyes, tail quivering as she tried to look around, eyes wide open.
Why. . . why is all of this happening. . . she thought, the whole situation starting to get to her.
Now what am I supposed to do? I can't see anything and I can't help the others to find their "keys", the incident with Light proved that. and I haven't even moved from the spot yet the location I am at has changed. What can be behind this? not that creature I fought, that would be impossible Heinmir sat down where he stood, thinking that the room might still look the same as before and hopefully he could sit down and relax for a moment.
Yeria continued to the light wondering if the key was there or if this was a trap. She dreaded if it was a trap but she had nowhere else to go so she continued forward hoping it would be the correct way.
"Follow my... " Lag said as he stood up, but his eyes shut close. He was waiting for a sign, since Kitsunes usually believed that signs were given to those who needed guidance.
When Naum opened her eyes, she felt something... unexpected. Whatever was around her was incredibly bright, and that light seared Naum's eyes. However, the pain felt somewhat good--it was like someone was burning all the darkness in her mind. Let the truth be reveal, Naum. Set yourself free from the chains of lies and find what you are seeking! Whatever Naum was searching for... it was passed the lava-like substance that they were sitting in. She needed to see it...
Unfortunately for Heinmir, the surroundings had changed. Instead of sitting down, he moved in a vertical circle, resemblingly zero-gravity.
And, even more so for Kutask, reading Naum's mind burned--and, moreso, if he wanted to dig even a little. Whatever she was seeing was for no one else to see.
~~~~~

(Group 2)

Jenoth watched Lag carefully. "He's an odd fellow, don't you think?" She asked of Gwen. "One moment he's totally insane... the next he's as quiet as a feather."

Suddenly, a breeze flew by the three. It was strangely soothing. Now, the question is, do follow the breeze, or go to where the it is originating. The voice joked, giving Lag a bit of a hint. Or maybe you just stay in one spot. Who knows? I certainly don't.

~~~~~
(Group 3)
As Light and Yeria neared the light source, they could definately tell that it was a key. In fact, there was a small fountain of water below it... and that water looked so incredibly refreshing. But, as they got even closer, the two noticed something on the other side... a darkness. Not the darkness that the rest of this hellish area was "made" of, but a living darkness. Something was also at the center of the darkness--but only Yeria could tell that.
"Wind... " Lag said as he opened his eyes. He grabbed his staff and raised over his head. "Show me the way." He said as he threw the staff in the air. But, instead of falling, it remained suspended.
The staff began to spin and spin, until it stopped, pointing to where the wind was going. The staff fell and he said "Guard me, Inuka"
"Jenoth, Gwen, let's go this way" He said as he began to float away.
"Yeah... no kiding," Jenoth agreed. "Well... you use wind too, right? So... maybe you can..." She stated, starting envy their powers a little.
As they followed the wind, Lag noticed a large set of white clouds in the distance. They seemed quite inconspicuous... and something was calling Lag's name. But, it wasn't the voice this time; it was something much different.
"This is not-..." He said as he suddenly dazed off a second there. "Damn it!" The hunger was beginning to affect his vision. "Don't worry... about that" he replied to Gwen
"Where have I heard this voice...?" he thought as he floated. But he couldn't stray away. Something told him that he needed to get there fast.
He looked at the other guys and said "Float faster!"
"Geez, don't have to be bossy about it," Jenoth said, picking up the pace a bit.
The closer Lag got to the clouds the more the voice called to him. As far as Lag could remember, he had never heard this voice before... but it sounded so familiar, so... comforting.
Oddly enough, Light walked right on top of the water, without sinking in the least bit. That key had Light's name written all over it; in fact, Light could see his name floating around the key in his own native tongue.
On the other hand, the darkness seemed somewhat welcoming to Yeria. Granted, it was incredibly scary looking, but there was something more to the darkness than just the evil of it. But, Yeria would have to walk around the small fountain and towards that darkness to find out.
~~~~~

(Group 2)

As the three got closer to the clouds, Gwen and Jenoth felt themselves slow down. Some sort of unsensable wind was keeping them at distance from the clouds. On the other hand, Lag could feel himself get sucked in. No matter how much he tried, he could not hold on Gwen's staff. In moments, Lag was completely drawn into the clouds--moving so incredibly fast that he could barely keep track of where he was going. Before he could even react, he had made a complete stop... in the middle of the clouds. He could barely see a few feet in front of him.

As for Gwen and Jenoth, the occurence happened so unnaturally fast that they couldn't even think much before Lag was gone. Jen shook her head, "What the heck just happened?!" Though, Gwen already knew basically what was happening. Everything was working as it should be; though, Jenoth didn't know that.

~~~~~
(Group 1)
As Naum searched through the liquidy substance, her mind changed. Instead of the surface face of everything, she saw trully what was at the heart. The Light was no longer naturally good, nor the Dark bad. It mattered how you used them--always did, always will be. Also, the Good vs. Evil comparison had completely changed in Naum's mind. Good was love and Evil was hate. No more complications... no more lies. The more she realized this the more she could see through the lava "stuff." Eventually, she saw exactly what she was looking for--the key.
Eventually, the pain in Kutask's body ceased. But, if he tried to reach Naum's mind, it would happen again. On the other hand, he could communicate with Heinmir perfectly fine.
Heinmir suddenly heard Sre speak in his head. Your weapon, idiot. Use it as a propeller.
"Well, maybe that's because she's on her trial?" Heinmir suggested and started to spin his lance around and around his head, gaining speed while he did so and eventually had enough speed to straighten out and stop spinning.
"But maybe she won't be so far away" Heinmir shrugged and hovered forward, hopefully to where Kutask was.
