We have had them, and technically we have them now, but they never get the support they need. Topics don't go anywhere and no constructive criticism happens - just blatant praise or lambasting - neither of which do any good. At the moment my mind is fried with this paper I'm writing, but I'll try to come up with some ideas over the next couple days.
