Well ,

It depends how bad it is .

If it's annoying - but not offensive , you can just close or move the post by using the Moderator Options at the bottom left of the page when you view the post .

Or just use the Delete or edit post buttons .

Give the member a reminder of your board rules ( assuming you have a rule against spam ) and then monitor the situation .

If it's really bad you could look at banning members after they spam up your board .

Or , you could read Wissa's thread about spam bots - ask one of the admin team about pre-banning these before they invade your board .

In short - there is no 'easy' way of dealing with spammers - just something you may have to deal with as an administrator of a message board .
I have no signature to display :P

If it is a specific poster always causing the problem give him a warning, if that doesn't work you can impose moderation on all his posts. Basically every post they make will not show up on the board till appproved by a moderator.

If it is a board wide problem, I would just be diligent about warning all partied involved and shutting down threads it happens in for 24 hours or so.

We ecourage spamming at AA so it hasn't been much of a problem
