Do you mean a news ticker?

I believe this is a preview.

Code:

<center>
<table border="1" cellspacing="1" width="63%" bordercolor="#000000" bgcolor="#000000" height="36">
<tr><td width="10%" height="30"><font size="4"><font color="#FFFF00" face="LcdD">News:</font></font></td>
  <td width="100%" height="30"><font size="4"><marquee direction="left"><font color="#FFFF00" face="LcdD">Insert your news here</font></marquee></font></td>
</tr>
</table></center>

<td width="100%" height="30"><font size="4"><marquee direction="left"><font color="#FFFF00" face="LcdD">Insert your news here</font></marquee></font></td>
</tr>
</table></center>

Replace the red part with the color you want.

And in order to make two lines or text, put <br> where you want the second line to begin.

To change the width of the box, change the blue text to another number.

To change the background color, change the orange text.

For the colors, you can use hex code (if you know hex colors) or you can just put the color in there (but you'll have to remove the # first)

You can change the purple text if you want too. :D

You don't need the hex codes though. They just allow you to use variations of colors. you can just put the names of the colors in there instead. Red, green, purple, blue, orange, black, white, violet, yellow. I think gray works too.
