#Doom dork, you could just copy all the sectors and then paste them in to a new map file but then you'd have to redo all the line def tags and such :P

@Ryan, no castle map. I'm already doing one so stooofoooo.

Its all done and dusted. Just ran it in ZDoom and OMFG. I had forgotten how pixilated Doom is after playing it in Doomsday for ages.

I object greatly. That would make balancing downright impossible. It's tough to keep it challenging if it's supposed to be beatable with only pistol start, but the player is able to get all weapons before entering.

I think that in this situation I agree with Fatal. I found it hard enough to balance my NDCP2 map considering there's no way to tell how much ammo/health the player will enter the map with, and with these maps being playable in any order it will only make balancing damn near unfathomable.

If we do force pistol-start we'd have to do it by resetting the player's inventory via a script at the open of each map, though, because I don't think there is any other way possible. I think something like this would suffice:
