My company trader for a short time and I submitted a self tax return to the HMRC. The company actually made a loss and I received a tax rebate. That side was all fine but what I never realised was the forms submitted to the companies house actually registered the company as a limited one. I was so new to it all and never knew to be honest. Referral Marketing Video and Embarrassing now I look back. I made some efforts to contact them to try and close the company as limited company one, I was told this was done and as I had never "traded as a Limited company" no accounts were needed to be submitted. Thanks.. |
