"During a time of armed conflict, member states’ combatants shall not utilize the protected status of civilian noncombatants by disguising themselves as such with the intention of ... shielding themselves from enemy action ... with the singular exception of those individuals escaping Prisoner of War status as defined by WA law." So basically, it's got to be a domestic crime for someone to escape being executed by enemy combatants through the wearing of civilian clothing. Doesn't look good. |

Against. During a time of invasion, it might be necessary for the resistance to disguise themselves as civilians. Sorry for missing the start of this vote. I predicted that the Indigenous Equality Act would be removed from quorum. Then, on my phone, I saw that it was indeed removed; and I completely missed this proposal.
