Against. I disagree with Section 7. Not all information related to nuclear testing should be secret. The government, for example, should be able to release videos of nuclear tests and other innocuous materials to the general public. |

Karolingia generally approves of the idea of this proposal; testing nuclear weapons in ways that the public can be harmed by them cannot be a good idea, since at the very least it'll give away the plot to anyone paying attention. That said, Karolingia votes against regardless. The government's paranoia refuses to allow an organization outside of the government's control to demand to observe the testing of assets as sensitive and important to national security as nuclear weapons.
