![]() WINDS OF CHANGE A brief on The Imperial Legion latest news Issue V: September 10, 2011 A new month brings a new issue of the region's prefered journal, and although a month have passed since our last update, a lot to tell we have. On September 2 our beloved Lord High Executioner Durkadurkiranistan II resigned as Lord High Executioner, to attend personal issues. It was a sad day for us all, but being a citizen of The Imperial Legion means that one can't just sit there and cry all day. LRNAZIKILLER, Durk's heir, took the wheel of the region with what promise to be a promising future. This changes led to vacant positions in The Legion's political body, and therefore elections were held to fill the position of Lord High Steward (LRn's former charge). RINAMIR MORTEM, former Lord Chief Justice, was chosen by The House of Commons to sit in the chair of the LHS. His cabinet (as you might see next) shows little changes, speaking of the good job everybody has been doing, and the compromise of every Legionnaire to get what is best for The Legion, and not for oneselves. OFFICIAL SEATS RP Minister: Xyr -His council: Twig, H&K, King Vadlic (Recently appointed by Xyr) Minister for Foreign Affairs: Tex Minister for Internal Affairs: Twig Minister for Propaganda: Empalator Lord Chief Justice: Kind Vadlic Lord Advocate: Emperor Bad Minister for Regional Immigration: Raxion Minister for War: Xyr One of the most significant changes in the Ministries was the Minister of Roleplay, a key position previously held by LRn. LHS MORTEM designated XYR10 as the new Minister of Roleplay, of whom much is expected to fill his predecessor's shoes. On the international agenda, The Imperial Legion's Chancellor of Foregin Affairs, TEXARRAKIS, keeps up with the good work, signing the Treaty of Eden with The Genesis Corporation. There were as well rumours of a major alliance with other raider regions, but no news about the topic were heard. Read you on the next issue. |
