I see the 2nd one as being more "tranquil" and maybe a little more...I don't know..."new age" versus "hippie"? The only thing I don't like about the 2nd one is the way the right margin sort of gets smaller and smaller - I am sure that is not intentional, but I would play around with justification to see if you can mix up the right margin a little.

Decisions, decisions....

Please do not judge me, I am going to give my absolute honest opinion, I feel the first one is a bit religious in a way. I see crosses and what appear at a glance as angels and that's just where my mind went. I think the title in the second one needs to stand out more though.
