We're on a bridge, Chaaaaaaaaarlie! Posts: 217 Group: Members Member #5,345 Joined: October 1, 2011	Hi! Wow, amazing that you guys thought of me and are so nice to ask how I am! Thank you! It's been bumpy...went in for two more plasmaphoresis procedures. They are definitely the last, so whatever comes is what comes. I just take each day as I can. Mr. SM occasionally will read the threads to me, but I have sort of lost touch and so I need to go back and catch up with everybody. This past week I have been regaining some strength and now I can sit at my computer...and catch up! (Complete with little Chi girl on my lap...such good medicine! ) I don't know if using "ShadowMare" works anymore...the REAL ShadowMare (Miss Fancy) left last fall and now has a wonderful new home in a city quite far from me with a lovely young gal who is madly in love with her...it was meant to be for them both and I am so happy for horse and human. We still have the smallest Mini Bay boy (from when I was 3Bays) and he's my therapy horse and also is adept at warning about heart issues...he will gently stand in front of me even before I know I am in trouble...he's quite a smart little guy! My neighbor now boards a rescued pony mare here, and about two months ago Mr. SM rescued a very sweet frosted white Anglo-Arab gelding from a friend who was down on his luck (he lost his job, wife in an accident and kids are homeless...such a mess!...no money to feed horses!). So, with the new boy, on my good days I intend to go out there and brush him, on my bad days I will watch him from the front window. He just loves my DH, too. Oh, and the little chestnut mare we had briefly rescued now lives with a wonderful young gal who does Western horse training and barrel racing and so that worked out nicely, too. Everyone is where they need to be, I guess! So, I guess I'm now "OneBayBoy,OnePonyMare,OneFrostyBoy"...ok, that is waaaayyy toooo longgg! So, I'll just stick with ShadowMare! I'm hoping I can gather the forces this summer (when it is so hot out there) to do a Bucket List activity: I have always wanted to try to write a novel. Have had some starts, but no real finishes. This summer my goal is to actually FINISH a novel! I know there are a few on here who have written books...send me some good vibrations so I can finish it! Anyway, I'll try to post more to stay in touch, and I'll read up on all the last couple of months' worth of posts so I know what's happening! So good to know you guys are still here...thanks for being "there"!!

It's great news to hear that your horses are all where they should be, and that you have the special mini, boarded pony mare, and the new guy to keep you company and provide equine therapy! Novel writing...well, I have a vague novel idea that will probably never come to fruition so I can't help inspire you...but I will happily cheer you on!
