Tha Real Housewives. All of them. Even Atlanta. Sad but true. I have a girl crush on Carole Radziwell. Starbucks...tall cinnamon dolce latte or a hazelnut mocha but coffe is a trigger for my bizarre vertigo/migraine thing so I don't do it often. KOLACHES!!!! They don't really have them in Colorado so I've taught myself how to make them and they're damn good!! They take forever to make though so I don't do it too often. Thank heavens! Chezzie I LOVE the Walking Dead too. KMD and I have a pretty regular running commentary about which things "will" and "won't" come in handy during the zombie apocalypse. Squid-o is learning archery...ya know...so she can protect us from the hoardes. Edited by jillincolorado, Oct 5 2012, 03:57 PM.

Dammit, lhl... now I want a cupcake! Cable TV... we haven't had cable or satellite for like 6 years now. I don't watch a ton of TV but when I stay in a hotel or something, I'm enthralled. I was in the hospital for two weeks and the fact that I was so cable TV starved helped pass the time! Cookies... especially chocolate chip. Kraft macaroni & cheese for dinner. Brownies with coffee for breakfast. Sweet iced tea. Trashy books like Jackie Collins stuff every now and then (I'm currently reading the 50 shades trilogy.) Naps with my dogs. Jacuzzi baths. JIC, what the heck is a kolache??? |

Hold the phones....goat brie?? That sounds awesome!! My friend has goats and she traded me some goats milk and chevre culture for some beets recently...I have some really awesome homemade chevre in my fridge right now.......but goat BRIE??? I love brie......... My guilty pleasures...I like wine. Lots of various kinds, but enjoy a basic California cabernet most of the time. And Smart Puff Cheese doodle things. Very hard to resist. And Ghiradelli brownies. Now must go to bed before I bake brownies and open a bottle of wine!!!!!! |

I would take on a herd of zombies for this stuff... Woolrich Dairy goat brie And the pumpkin loaf. Oh the pumpkin loaf. It makes two...put one in the freezer for later or you will eat both loaves in 9 minutes. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf Author: Matt Lewis & Renato Poliafito Ingredients 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons salt 1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree (15-ounce can) 1 cup vegetable oil 3 cup sugar (I use 2 cups white sugar, 1 dark brown sugar) 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2/3 cup room temperature water 1 1/2 cup (12 ounces) semi- or bittersweet chocolate chips Instructions 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 9×5 loaf pans, dust them with flour, and shake out the excess. 2.In a large bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, salt, and baking soda. Whisk to evenly distribute. 3.In another large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and oil until combined. Add the sugar and whisk again until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking to combine after each. Add the vanilla and water and whisk again. 4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold the ingredients together until a few dry bits remain. Add chocolate chips and finish folding batter together. Do NOT overmix. 5.Divide the batter between the two loaf pans. Baked until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 60 to 75 minutes. 6.Transfer the pans to a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes. Invert the loaves onto wire racks and cool completely before serving. |

Definitely the Real Housewives!! Recently I have a thing for Farragamo Shoes, it appears I have "Farragamo feet". But I do confess I stalk the local "rich area" consignment shop and buy the barely used ones from rich people discarding them after they wear them a couple times. I got two pair the other day for $25 each! They are heaven on my feet... |

I have a total love affair with Moscoto Wine. Gummie Savers. I can finish one of the big bags in 20 minutes if I don't pay attention. Cheese. But that doesnt make me feel as bad about myself as the above two. Edited by OpticalIllusion, Oct 6 2012, 05:44 AM.
