Unfortunately I find myself in a position of having had money stolen from me by Gracetw. I paypal'd funds to purchase an item from her posting in the Tack & Equipment sale forum. The item was for my dd who so excited to use the item on her new horse. It's now been 6 weeks and I know she's been on this board every few days but she doesn't answer PM's or address what she's done.

I am not the only one she has stolen from either as I've heard from other posters.

I know many of you are friends with her and communicate with her regularly but stealing, especially from a child is not something a nice person would do.

If you aren't comfortable PM'ing her contact info maybe you could remind her to return the stolen money if she hasn't already spent it on entry fees. I've noticed she's had the money to horse show and the nerve to report the results on this board.

I have already refunded your money as of 9/13, along with the other poster who purchased an item from me. I also placed both of your purchases in the mail this evening with notes of apology. Plenty of members here know me personally and can attest that while I am an absolute airhead, particularly when stressed, but not a malicious liar. I am not sure why paypal still says your payment is processing whereas the other one went through, but I can try to get a screenshot of my end that shows the refund of your payment. I have not had a computer for the past 4 weeks (hence my sporadic check ins, I'm stuck on my phone). I understand that I have made a major mistake, and I have refunded the money of both those purchases and also am shipping the items for free. I am very sorry to have put you into a position where you feel the only way to resolve the situation is a public shaming.

I'm sorry to have had to resort to this as well, it makes me very uncomfortable, however I do not appreciate being treated the way I have. I value this community and as members we should demonstrate more respect for each other. You've been on this board regularly, computer or not, so sending a message could not have been difficult.

The refund is on hold for some reason so I can not access the funds.

Once the item arrives I'm sure my daughter will be thrilled even though she had hoped to use them at her last 3 shows.
