Yeah AM I saw your pics. Too many spiders for me! But I figured miss aussie would be fine!
At the end of the day i'm terrified of spiders (even the little ones or the harmless daddy longlegs)

I find them terrifying.

Australia was suprisingly not that buggy - it was more things like cockroaches you had to worry about. Canada is much less and I loveeeeeeeee it!

When I see a spider....I run over and give it the "stomp and drag"..............stomp to kill and drag just in case it's seen a horror movie...

hahaha this is awesome.

It sounds like a garden spider. You should feel special since I don't think they bite very often.
...unless they're being trod upon by a huge foot!!! :P

GLad it's all ok, MAR. :)

thanks all..the first bite which I am assuming will be the worst, still hurts a little. (and btw the arch if your right foot is an awesome spot for a spider bite when you have a diesel truck and a horse show 5 hours away...lol)
But huge relief that my feet will not develop huge rotting holes in them....it would be so very special to arrive for the new job unable to walk!

Yea gods, woman.

The box jellyfish, the taipan, the saltwater croc, the blue ring octopus, the stone fish, the red backed spider, the brown snake, the tiger snake, the funnel web spider. These are only a few of the myriad of things that can kill you down under. And you worried about cockroaches?
