Hahaha true, but if you're the cheating type i'd place you in the low morals category, so they're probably thinking,....sure...its easy to prevent pregnancy but its also easy (for some) to get pregnant and have a baby to secure financial freedom with these big shots. |

Wow, you people are giving men a whole lot of credit. Maybe most of you have not been with very many men...I would put the number that actually care about protection in that moment to be less than 10% EASY. And you think the majority of women in bed with him would be worrying about pregnancy? LOL. That is funny. |

I should think they'd be more concerned about HIV, Hep-C or A, or a handful of other life-ending diseases. Maybe I have enough self-esteem to never risk my life, no matter how famous my partner. No night of fun (day?) is worth my life. Sad there are too many women who don't consider their safety. |

Latest update on the whole nasty mess. The kid is 13, and was born within five days of Maria's son, and Maria even gave the woman baby presents. One paper says she was fired, and didn't 'retire', plus the neighbors claim that there was outside help to purchase her huge house with a pool for her and the other kids. Supposedly they claim that there was a threat to go public, so that's why the woman got the boot. One paper claimed that she was paid $1,200 a week for an assistant housekeeper type job, and that her husband filed for divorce about three weeks after she had the baby. I just feel sorry for both sets of kids, since they are the ones that will suffer from this. And apparently the son with Maria has now changed his last name on twitter to 'Shriver'. I hope AS and the other woman are happy with what they've done to a bunch of innocent people. |

Last night one of the Headline News people was shown asking other celebrities what they thought about this, and Jane Seymour said right on camera that she's heard there are two more children out there that haven't become public knowledge yet. I guess the silence on the subject is coming to an end. It will be interesting to see what happens to the marriage. I can't believe any woman could stay with him, but I've been wrong before. I think the way Maria Shriver and her children have handled this entire mess is good, and I'm hoping they can get on with their lives in peace, but I'm sure we'll be seeing more smutty stories about this for a long time to come. |

Gah. I'm with Kassandra on this one. Rich, famous and as a bonus good looking men have no reason to keep it in their pants. So, I ask you, WHY DO THEY GET MARRIED?? Seriously, if you know you are the sort to stray, then DON'T TAKE A VOW THAT BINDS YOU TO ONE LADY FOREST FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Honestly, is that so very difficult?? George Clooney comes to mind as the poster child for men smart enough to know themselves well enough to know that married life ain't for them. Well done, George. And if you really want a kid?? For Tom's sake, take a page from the book of (speak of the devil!) Tom Cruise. Find a nice beard who will bear your child while you bonk whoever it is you really want to bonk. RR has spoken.

Totally agree with you RR, but I truly think it's a power thing. The gay men understand how to do it because they don't want to own the women who they marry and have kids with. But most men with such huge egos want EVERYTHING. In my 20s I actually dated a few wealthy/successful/good looking men and it became clear very early on they wanted to control everything about my life (how I would dress, wear my hair, behave and most of all my career and childbearing plans). I also found them to be the ones with the kinkiest sexual needs and usually an obsession with anal sex...ok I know TMI, but true!). I don't know, Maria Shriver has always looked like an abused woman to me, with what appears to be an eating disorder that has gotten pretty bad on and off. She fell into all the traps, destroyed her own career to to marry a hyper masculine man and pop out a bunch of kids. I always also find it a little odd when a woman gives up everything she wants and believes in to be with a man so diametrically opposed to everything she stood for. Oh well, to each their own. |
