Put a bonnet or scarf over the ears and it would be a perfect "Grandma, what big eyes
you have."

Hahahahahaha...

Could you have her give my two wild things a call and discuss this "sleeping late" thing? Lily of the Pretty Paws is all-too-happy first thing in the morning. Has to perform the "dead dog drag" across my legs followed by happy, wet snuzzles to the face.

Haha, so cute!! We don't have a lot (any) sleeping late around here. We excel at the late afternoon "snoozer" though. Often with me in the bed too. :)

How cute! My dogs and I are still in bed... and it's 1045. I can't believe it but we all needed the rest! Ive got a house full of good sleepers. My little female Corgi can easily stay in bed until noon

3 a.m.?! ACK!!!! Princess Buffalo woke me up at usual waking-up time around 630 or so. I threw her outside and went back to sleep. :innocent:

OMG that's such a cute picture BH!

I'm totally jealous of your late-sleeping critters! Unless he is flat exhausted, Riley starts poking at me, whining, or rolling over on me around 6:15, which is 10 minutes before my alarm goes off during the week. I'm convinced that he has some sort of in-brain alarm that goes off before mine does and he tries to get me up before mine beeps...he absolutely hates noises like that. So doggy preventative measures call for waking Mom up before the beepy noise happens. Which is awesome on days when I haven't set my alarm and want to sleep in. Of course, once I'm up, he goes right back to bed - generally in the warm spot my body created.

Heh...my kitteh will sleep with me all day if I want. 'Course, I've learned to sleep with the door cracked open (which I hate) so he can come and go, eat breakfast, etc as he pleases and doesn't wake me up early (which I hate more than having the door cracked). He usually gets up between 4-5 and then goes back to sleep. He's a good kitteh.
