landandfarm.com

That's where we sold our farm.

...and where we bought ours. Another vote for LandandFarm.com.

Beautiful piece of property, agreed with the thoughts of more info on the horse side of things. Here in New England we have a number of horse-centric publications (e.g. Yankee Pedlar). Are there any similar regional publications like that near where the property is located?

I suggest that they find a Realtor that specializes in equestrian property.
Another is to target market in upscale communities where there is lots of money or horses - LA/Malibu/So Cal, San Fran/Napa/Seattle, Vegas/Phoenix, Dallas, NYC/Saratoga, Boston/Connecticut, Denver/Aspen/Golden, Jackson Hole, Salt Lake.

It's a pretty pretty place.

Oh! A TOC compound is the perfect idea!

My niece told me they have had seven showings, all people that are interested in it as a horse property. Apparently my Sister was a bit shocked since they obviously aren't marketing it (currently) as a horse property! :shoot: They are having photos of the equine amenities (niece's terminology :teehee: ) done.

She was excited about the websites I passed on to her that you all provided!

Hmmmm, do I hold out any hope that they throw me a bone if any of this expert equine property advice sells the place?

The New York Times, I was on a flight years ago and seen an up scale horse farm listed for sale in the NYT and it anywhere close to NY. I know here on all the planes they hand out the NYT so they would cover a lot of area with it.

I to wanted to see photos of the barn and arena, to me a true horse farm has the photos of the barn first then the house, because any true horse person wants to see the barn before the house. :innocent:
