Unfortunately, Mr. Clyde is up for free lease again.

Him & the girl leasing him were doing great, but she fell off a couple months back and her confidence hasn't been the same since. In turn, Clyde has picked up on this, so is now spooking more when she rides him, so her mom has decided that it's just not going to work.

I'll recap everything about him now:

He's around 14.3hh, but I really need to stick him because he may measure at 14.2hh now. He is narrow though, and doesn't take up much leg. I would say the tallest that could fit on him and not look silly would be 5'2"-5'3". I'm 5'0" and fit him great.
He is 12 this year, will be 13 in March. Up until May of this year, he had not been ridden AT ALL for 1 1/2yrs. And, in the 5yrs. I've owned him, he really has only been in consistent work for a year of that. So while he is 12, he is still green.

He lives to jump, and from what I've been told, is getting his changes pretty consistently. He is slightly lazy, and he is spooky. He needs a confident rider that won't be phased if he spooks. Once he realizes that he won't get away with spooking, he doesn't do it much. Being confident/brave is key with him.

He has been barefoot since late '07 and is doing perfectly fine, even being in work. He isn't a typical pony keeper, and will need to live somewhere where there is grass available. He isn't a hard keeper by any means, just not your typical air fern pony.

He is great on the ground and is easy to handle for farrier, vet, etc. He also clips fine.

I'm looking to free lease him to someone 200 miles away or less. May consider letting him go further if your references are perfect. May also consider selling to the perfect home.

Any other questions, feel free to PM me, or email me at kady12905@gmail.com.

These were both taken in September. The girl leasing him is about my height, but she's all legs, as you can see.

Bumping Clyde back up. Will consider leasing further away if references are awesome and the situation is perfect for him. May also consider selling to the perfect situation. Would like to have him moved by early November!

Thanks guys. Hopefully this will be a good match. Kid came and tried him last weekend and he was AMAZING. She kept saying "He's green? Really?" They really clicked and he didn't put a foot wrong.

I'm very sad to see him go, as this means I don't have a horse to go see anymore. I haven't ridden in about a year either and am really starting to miss it!
