I'm looking at a saddle a barnmate has for sale. We know what it's worth, except that she got launched and caught a spur a while back, so there's a big gash across about 1/3 of the seat a few inches below the cantle.

Anyone know roughly what that would cost to get fixed/replaced?

Depends on who you take it to. Average price to replace a seat was anywhere around $500 to $800.
