Hakuna matata! Posts: 1,946 Group: Admin Member #17 Joined: January 3, 2007	Lately there have been a lot of posts getting reported when people mean to quote them instead. The last time we had this problem I changed the quote button to be bright orange, which seemed to help eliminate confusion between the two buttons. I'm not able to move the report button elsewhere on the post screen. Is there anything that I can do to make the difference between the quote and report buttons more obvious so that it's easier to determine whether you're replying to a post or reporting it? While I'm at it--is there anything else about the board interface that is currently presenting a problem that I could change to make things easier?

Like so: Sorry it's blurry, Photobucket keeps resizing my images. Speaking of quoting, are we ever going to get a multi-quote feature?

You mentioned you had made one of them bright orange however, when I look at the two buttons they are identical.

I agree it would be ideal. Kady Speaking of quoting, are we ever going to get a multi-quote feature? What do you mean by that? If you are on a Windows machine, clear your cache, return to this page, and hit ctrl+F5 and let me know if that changes. I changed the color quite some time ago and it's strange that your computer doesn't see it. Does anyone else have that problem?

Like if more than one person replies to a topic you post, you can hit the multi-quote button to quote more than one of their replies into your reply (that was WAY too many replies in one sentence!). It's a nice feature, when I posted over there more, I used it a lot. And my Quote & Report buttons are the same colors too (as you can see in the image I posted). This is a brand new computer (as of Feb.), and is running Vista. Interesting..

I don't think it's possible on the software we're running but I can certainly find out. I have changed the quote button so that it should display as orange and it is also slightly bigger. This is now reflecting on ALL themes, rather than just Dust Storm, so those people who were using the Zeta Original or IFZETA themes will see the changes as well. If the new quote button still does not display for you, please clear your cache and then refresh the page by hitting ctrl+F5. If that doesn't work, give me a holler and I'll figure something else out.
