Never heard of it, either.

BTW, don't try stuff like this if you do have an illness, without asking your doctor. When I worked in oncology we had a young man whose dumbass friends and family kept sneaking in some "detoxifying" liquid they saw in a health food store. This stuff (I wish I could remember the name...) made him so ill. The doctors were baffled at his symptoms because nobody let on what he was drinking when the staff wasn't around. duh. It didn[t mix with his meds or his chemo regime. Once he stopped drinking it his bizarre symptoms stopped :brickwall: When I see the words "colon cleanse" and "detoxify" on an OTC package I cringe.

Wow - thanks for the tip BH, I never even thought it could be an issue. I am diabetic and on insulin, so I'll be sure to ask my doc at my appointment next week.
