Miss Bri... as always very kind, thank you. I have always appreciated your kindness and friendship, always will. And to the welcomes I have received, I am humbled. Myself, Satch & Mystery are really just country beings, if one can say that. We are out there for fun and enjoyment. We do not show, nor are competitive by nature. With one exception. LOL, Satch is definately a trail leader by nature and loves to lead and be in front. Just mustang'antic's for sure. I will post our story for those who don't know in another thread. It is a few years old now, but it is a story of how a horse can enter a soul for sure. I truly hope folks enjoy our presence, our small sonnets of life, and our experiences. For those with a good connection to the Internet ( dial up may not work ), I invite you to look at our montage share page: My Webpage Edited by Trails by Day or Night..., Feb 11 2009, 07:10 AM.

Zbar, Mystery just went under saddle this fall. I have a lightweight rider... LOL, a very good rider by the name of Shannon whom is my "jockey" of sorts. Shannon is my neighbor & friend, very horse knowledable yet horseless... So, for now this arrangement works great. Though, it funny to see a woman of maybe 5 feet in stature & possibly 100 lbs guiding this one ton toddler through the trails. And I say this both in truth, a bit of good nature teasing, and admiration. Shannon allows me to ride Satch, and to have Satch & Mystery trail as a team. You will eventually see some photos with Shannon & Mystery together for sure. Though, I also ride the toddler too. The "Hay Basket" is made by Tartergate company. This particular feeder is small, made for regular baled hay. It has a poly one piece liner that comes out and is easy to clean. I bought mine at Cheshire Horse in Keene, NH. Here is the link to the product info: Hay Basket |
