You'll never want another brand!
Thank you for the encouragement. BO can not understand why I would get boots even more expensve than vogels, but I figure you get what you pay for. She then threatened to kick me out of the arn if she catches me schooling in them. Heck, I am paying that amount so that I CAN school in them if I please... I was happy to hear that out of all the boots he sells, he sends back 3 or 4 pairs a year for fit adjustments, and he is the rep for the entire east coast.

I now have Vogel's- which I do not like- I sent them back three times to get them fixed and they have never been right. Word to the wise- DO NOT HAVE MR. VOGEL MEASURE YOU- EVER. This is apparently a widely known fact but I was the last to know.
I have learned the lesson with Vogels too. I will NEVER get another pair. My current pair I got measured for in 06 they came and they were obviously made for someone a lot shorter with really thick calves. I could pull them on without using boot pulls at the store when I went to pick them up. They had us remeasure and send back. They still came back not quite right. Last year at WIHS I got remeasured my Mr. Vogel and he sent them back for me. They were still horrible and came back too tight. I had to go to our local hippy leather specialist for him to stretch my boots and now 2 years later I am finally wearing them and they are just starting to get broken in. Nevermind the fact that the name on the inside no longer matches.....
