Does anyone have a car that has the Aux cable so you can hook up your ipod directly? My car has one and while my old Ipod played perfectly well on it, I just got an itouch and it doesn't seem to work at all. I'm going to call my car dealership tomorrow to see if anyone else has had this problem, but wondering if anyone out there has any experience with this? My car is an '06 so maybe it's some sort of software problem?

I have it but I don't have an itouch so I can't help you with that, but when my info for the ipod comes up on the screen in my car it plays through the CD screen even though it is actually the aux. I have no idea why this is but maybe you can try that. Good luck.

Thanks. At least it's morning now and I can call the dealer. The online research I did has me wondering if I need to update the software on the car?
