At least now you can find out who they are and steer clear.

9 years ago, I had a sex offender move into the condo adjacent to mine. I was busy working like crazy, so although he was kind of a misfit, seemed quiet and laid back. Then his probation ended, and the trouble started. Bottom line is he ended up harrassing me 24x7 for 3 years straight. I suspect he was a relative of the condo manager, who destroyed the first physical evidence of harrassment: a viode camera in his l/r aimed at my car and a pole sticking out of his bedroom a/c duct with a mirror aimed at my bedroom window :censored: ). She subsequently lied about the evidence!!!!! :censored: :censored: :censored:

After propositioning me repeatedly, every time I came home from work, he started hanging around thebuilding front door with his loser friends, calling me names while I raced inside. Because I refused to get involved with him, he started pounding on our shared wall randomly throughout the night, starting around midnight when he got home from his job.

The police were too busy with gang fighting and general violence that had moved into the small city -- which had once been rated by Fortune mag as the safest small city in the U.S. :sigh:

That scummy piece of sh*t wrecked my health and life before I escaped to Maine. I have yet to repair the financial damage. That will probably take me until I'm 70 or so. No retirement for me now thanks to that effhead. Up here, if an offender moves into your neighborhood, the police distribute flyers with their photos on them. And when that crazy kid from Canada came down here and shot a few of them, I celebrated. :mallet: :mallet: :mallet: :mallet: :mallet:
