Well, I don't ever work out, ever, ever, ever, but I guess I'm the worst sick person ever when I'm sick, b/c I never rest for a second. I just gulp my Tylenol, put it to the back of my mind, and go ride my horse in sub-zero weather.

perhaps that's why my colds always linger. :teehee:

It depends - when i am really sick no way can I do chores let alone work out. My 'rule' is if I go to work, I do chores, and I work out. :( <_<

Most of the time I still work out. I try to be considerate of other gym attendees, though. If I'm sick as a dog, I dont want to pass it on and I certianly will be since I can't breathe through my nose. (We've got a lot of cardiac re-hab and senior clients at my gym...I'd feel horrible if I brought a bug in and they got really sick from it).

I ride through anything but dizziness.
