I'm thinking about getting a diesel truck and converting it to biodiesel and using it to haul our 2-horse bp stock trailer. I was wondering if anyone has a biodiesel truck to haul with and how they perform vs. regular diesel or gas.

Anyone?

WE just got a '07 truck that will run on E85 - have only hauled the 2 h bp w/ it - no difference in pulling that so far. It's a Ford, so I'm sure it will continue to haul just fine. :one:

not knowing about diesel....

Biodeisel really stinks. I'm all for it ecologically and there's a maker in my town but, whoa, when one goes by when I'm out walking it smells for several minutes after it's gone. I'm not sure how horses would respond to that continually in their faces....
