So are there any trainers (h/j, dressage, CT) around there? (Lakes Region) My husband is interviewing at the Manor on Golden Pond next weekend. Just wondering if my prospects were good at finding a sociable, well kept barn - preferably with an indoor. And what are the prices like? How far from shows, events, dressage shows? |

I know nothing about barns in the area, but I just wanted to say that you are so lucky if you move there. Some of my family lives in the Lakes region and it is just wonderful. Sigh.... I'm picturing myself there right now.... I hope your husband gets the job! |

The is a gorgeous facility close to squam lake, geared toward combined training, will find out more info. I am more north and east than squam lake and the bigger shows are south of squam lake most will be at least 1.5 hours away, there is a nice place closer Dana Hill would be a good place to get into. http://www.danahillhorseshows.com/ hope that helps |
