I know there's Yard and Groom. There was also another site that was very good and I can't remember what it's called, Equi something? It's very similar to Yard and Groom....but I can't remember. Help!

Equistaff is free for job seekers. Equimax has a fee, but has lots of jobs, and if you're hiring, your employer account lets you browse the posted resumes, so when you're looking, you should definitely, post a resume as sometimes employers browse what's there, and contact the candidates that look promising, before posting a listing.
