So I noticed as I walked past her paddock today that her ass was hanging way out the back side of her turout sheet that fit her just fine six weeks ago. I went to change it, and since I gave her a grooming, decided to do a little video in the indoor. Also put a stick on her and she is a hair over 15hands.

This filly had never been lunged, free ot otherwise, and so it is a bit choppy. I also was playing with my photoshop - sorry for my experiment!!! :P

Lovely splash of colour there! <3 Sure hope our 2008 baby comes out like that in black and white from Lacy and Star. :luck:

She is TB (Yak) x Paint pony mare (thus the color ;)).

She is 18mos, and I haven't string tested her. I would imagine she will top off around 15.3. She is butt high right now, but the mare's babies seem to mature early (QH influence) and I would imagine she will be done growing by the time she is 4.

She will be a complete package no matter how tall she gets, and she is already a wide load so should make for a fancy child/adult hunter, or if she has the scope - Small Junior. Her temperament is absolutely lovely, and she is one of the easiest babies I have ever shown.

Thanks guys!!

She was quite the surprise after the first two were basically solid with high whites and max face white -- by a sabeano Welsh stallion. This one is by Yak who has minimal white on both fronts, socks behind, and star, snip, and drip of white on his lower lip. All of his babies until this one were minimal white, and the full sibling this year is a plain brown wrapper!

I am thinking this one should stick around to be my daughter's children's hunter, but that is what I thought when I bred the mare to a pony. My daughter is 11 and 5'3" --- I am thinking she may need a bigun!!!

Babies like this keep things interesting!!!
