Can you tell I read the recipe really well before posting it? Being the excellent haute cuisine person that I am (NOT), I haven't the faintest idea what cooking cream is. But if I were to use that recipe (on a chicken perhaps), I would just use heavy cream, or maybe half & half? Looks like it would work on just about any kind of bird though, doesn't it?
