Open Nov 1st

Live in working student position.
Small horse farm just 20 min from downtown San Antonio, TX looking for working student to help keep barn tidy, groom, feed, turn out and do various barn duties. Very fair (I dont work people into the ground and you have a lot of free/off time as long as the horses are cared for correctly) with great atmopshere to be around to learn about breeding, collection, shipping, foaling, broodmare care, breaking babies. I am strict about doing things my way (as expected, its my farm) but we are all fun and easy to get along with.
This could be a riding position for someone with good experience and abilities (please include that on your resume).
Offering Modest 2 bed room/1 bath farm house.
Total hours a day are between 4 and 6 depending (I work right ther beside you mst of the time). Enough if someone wanted to get a part time job to pay for show stuff, etc it could be worked out around their schedules.
No heavy drinkers, no smokers, NO DRUGS, no dogs (sorry, we have enough already!) and NO MENTAL ISSUES. Must be legal, have a valid driver license and SSN.
Please send cover letter and resume to stf@spindletopfarm.net if your interested in becoming one of our family here. You must have several references and if your interested in riding, you must send a riding video as well.
