Beautiful girl. Tisa Docs Remedy. 3 years old, 15.2hh. Would make an amazing Childrens hunter. Solid walk, trot, and canter. Great on the trail. Been to one show for a halter class where she was 3rd out of 20 in her group!

She is offered for $800 as a broodmare due to some issues with her stifle. Her owner is unable to pay for diagnostics on her. Price is negotiable to perfect home.. This girl can jump! Beauitul and Snappy, very pretty sweeping trot. Must see to appreciate. Could be an amazing trainers prospect with a little investment.

Color me confused, but the seller is hoping buyers will vet the horse and find out what's wrong with her. The seller won't shell out a couple hundred bucks for diagnostics on her own horse?! And instead would rather sell her at a big loss as a broodmare when she sounds very talented/worth getting the vet out for. I must be missing some detail here.

Unfortunately, this is the case... I am the barn owner and am in no way in the place to pay for this myself, as I've already paid for the initial lameness exam which has resulted in a need for xrays.. I did this for the sake of the horse.. sigh... Will I ever get ahead in this industry!! HA!

Her owner is just 20 years old and really never should have had the horse in the first place.. sigh..

I thought that maybe someone here would see the potential in a young horse like this. Her owner is just trying to move her to anyone... :( I think she's too special.. :)

She looks so cute and reminde me of my pony. I hope she finds a good home. I wish the owner would at least invest in the diagnostics. Maybe it's something very treatable?! I realize your hands are tied, I don't understand what the owner is thinking :(

This is just the type of horse I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I'm all the way across the country, so shipping would add $$$ to the price. Ah well, someone locally will come around, see her, and fall in love.

BTW, beautiful place STH. Had no idea you could have a place like that so close to a major city in CA.

I can't help you here on the other coast either but did have a mare in that boat. Mare had a stifle injury and owner DID have her xrayed/came up with a chip in the stifle. Owner had several horses and they were moving (hubby had a job transfer to somewhere more expensive for cost of living) so anything unrideable just had to go. After a couple years off having babies for me she was in fact recovered and riding sound. Tiny chip was still there but was covered over w/ scar tissue by that time. Vet shrugged and said it would cause more damage to fish is out/she was moving sound so don't mess with it. We sold her back to being a riding horse. She had a lot of talent....buyer was informed of the chip. Buyer took a risk that it MAY be an issue in the future but they got a real deal on the mare for as much jumping talent as she had. That was 3 years ago and mare is still jumping sound for them!
