Trying this topic over here: I've recently been offered a horse as a potential sporthorse, and he's got an interesting pedigree -- registered AQHA appendix with Jet Deck and Bold Ruler on his papers fairly close up and concentrated (that's some pretty old stuff to be having up there and I've never seen the two together before, so he has me intrigued already). I've been around a couple of horses from each bloodline (seperately) but don't consider myself an expert on either stallion and their get by any means. So, if there are any BR and/or JD afficianados out there, what could I potentially expect in terms of soundness, movement, jumping ability, temperment, and trainablity from either of those two lines? Thanks for your input in advance! |
