I've had good luck with Silverdene (probably spelling it wrong). But is there something better?

Schreiner's Herbal Solution

Works wonders - but dear God do not inhale it (the mist from the spray bottle), and try not to smell it at all. I equate it to mace - not that I have ever been maced, but if it is at all like Schreiner's I never want to be! But it really does work wonders. I swear.

Weeellll - it depends on the wound. Surface stuff, scrapes and such I like Wound Kote, deeper stuff I want more care to and to keep bugs and such out so I'll use Swat wound stuff.

If I want to keep dirt out i add a no stick pad and vet wrap.

I do Love Schreiners, too, especially the spray. Both my TB's hated it..
And Reilly could hear a Fur-all can shaking in the next county.
So for them, I used Nolvasan.
Bubbles, the Smartblood gets turned out by himself..so far not even a scratch in 2 1/2 years...
