I'm a big fan of the Centurion blankets. I have one for my horses, and they use it for the three days leading up to the show on the lowest setting, and then on the medium setting before their classes while at the show, and then back on the lowest setting again after their classes. Honestly, I wasn't convinced by it until I had a soft tissue injury, and used the Centurion leg wrap that my trainer had on my back. I didn't feel anything while it was happening, but I could feel it afterwards, and without it, probably would not have been able to ride at all that week. |

The pulsed battery operated blanket (Centurian I think) made our old 3 day horse very happy, and I would buy a 2nd hand one if it comes up. They can move around with the battery pack, which is nice. |
