What I did was peeled off the part after the .jpg and closed the IMG tag. It is good to go.

I LOVE Photobucket because there is no extraneous stuff - they have three links you can choose from and each one is labled either URL Link, HTML Tag or IMG Code. Once you know which one you need for what you are doing it's very simple.
