TBF, it is from mid-August to mid-June of next year.

While it is a 10 month lease, all of the horses are for sale, trust me! ;) The best thing to do is lease one you like, then call about December/January and see about buying it if you so desire.

Even if you don't want to buy, it is not such a bad gig. They own about 60 horses and many of them go to the same homes year after year.... just spend 8 weeks a year at camp. The horses are generally well schooled and well cared for. Many spend the winters doing IHSA or in show homes, or doing pony club and such.

Baby is the absolute epitome of a child's mount and if I could afford board on two, I'd have her home with me! Lopez and Scruffy are both favorites of mine as well but more for intermediate riders. Jack is an absolute saint but slowing down a little bit after many years of doing upper level dressage. Blaze is the ultimate trail horse, and Frodo is a sweet older gent perfect for the little kids. Trixie is the cutest strawberry roan, perfect for an advanced beginner to have fun with. Wilbur is a cheeky little dude with a sense of humor.

I could go on all day about them.... I love them all.....

I do know that they are sort of looking for permanent retirement homes for both Dora and Gracie. Dora still has lots of years of use left, just no heavy jumping. Gracie I suspect has Cushings but she is sweet and still trail safe for an advanced beginner.

There are So Many Nice Ones... just good all-arounders...... let me know if there are any you are interested in and I can give you the back story on them! ;)
