chibi alexia and chibi alex walked up onto the small stage in the lage conference room of chibi tower. they pushed stools up to the podieum where two mics were attached. each took charge of one and started addressing the large chib crown in the room. the only physical difference between the two chibis was that chibi alexia had blue hair and purple eyes and chibi alex had blonde hair and blue eyes. chibi alex (ca): hiiiiiiii everyone! chibi alexia (dca): hi hi hi hi! ca: i am chibi alex and this is chibi alexia and we are the two chibis of alex/alexia...our adults. We are joint chiefs of chibi-dom on our chibi-dom board. our other board rep, chibi will, is not here right now, he is currently being punished by his adult. dca: the reason we called this conference of all chibis is becasue we've heard that some rules have been broken alot lately and we just wanted to go over with them with all chibis, so that there is no more problem. ca is going to tell you the rules and tell you what i get to do to you if you break em'. go one ca. ca: thank you dca. now rule number one...if you cna't tell we arn't calling eachother by out first names. thats because its too long, so i am ca...and she is dca because one, she's got the same initials as me, and two she is my dark counterpart....kinda...so once you have exchanged names with other chibis just use their intials...like chibi will is cw...kay? the only bad reactoin of not doing this is going to be toung tied chibis and an annoyed dca, here. heehee. dca: just use initials peole!!! ca: the most important rule is that nothing adult at all is allowed free in chibi-dom. this means all adults must be caged. we provide portable cages so you can take them with you, or you can drop them off somewhere wher ethey cna play with other adults. dac: also nothing adults includes capital letters. if you're going to yell, underline or italic it, because capitals are illeage, punishable by me and ca giving you a very unsanitized sex chage operation...you don't want that. ca: yes no capital letters at all. um...there are a few otehr but i have forgotten them so just be sure that if you're not sure of something, ask or don't do it. and remeber we're chibis, so have fun and be a kid. any questions? |

chibi semie sat and listened patiently to all the rules.. well, as patiently as cs was able to. cs: i has a question. instead of keeping our adults in a cage, can we just throw them in a hole full of wild kangaroos? |

chibi vincent laughed at his adult form in the cage. cv: oh boy, maybe i'll put him in there with some pandas, or maybe a koala or two. does it have to be a hole? can't we put them in like, oh i dont know...ooooo i got it! a cage! |

chibi pyro was listening to the rules being explained as well. he made little fireballs with his fingers and played ping-pong with them between his hands as he listened. cp: i like your thinking, cs. but can we burn them? throw them in fire pits? play fire darts with them? and any other kind of sport where i can replace balls with fireballs? cp was really getting excited now. |

cv laughed again, not really paying much attention. at this point in his life the demons we're just chibis like him, laughing with him and what not. he transformed into chibi galian beast, who wasn't hideous at all like his adult form. all he was was a little purple puppy, and he ran around in circles, chasing his tail. |

ca: you are not allowed to perminatly harm your adults...you can poke whtem with my patented shar double ended pokeing stick, but you cna't burn them or anything. dca: we still need our adults to survive as were are jsut child like mirror images of them. anything that can be perminate like a burn will affect us too. no making them bleed at all. |

chibi galian beast (cgb) continued to run around in circles, eventually diving trying to catch his tail. obviously he missed. cgb:ruff ruff! he growled and barked at his adult form, because hes a mirror image whenever one of them transforms the other does as well. although only his chibi self can control when they turn into the human vincent. |

ca shook her head violently jsut as a child would do. ca: nope, animals are okay...for come reason even if a tiger mauls an adult they heal really fast and no perminate damage is down...now.... dca: time to introduce my favorite adult torture device!!! both girls pulled out from seeming no where, a round stick about 3 feet long. half was metaland came to a point so shar it coulnd't be seen by the naked eye. the other hald was wood and came to the same sort of point. dac: this is an invention of ca's...you see the metal end hurts more, but the wood end if used right causes splinters. this is called the double ended poking stick. if you want to use one you have to come and see me or ca. ca saw the cgb. ca: puppy!!! she ran off the podium tot he cgba nd tackeled it and huggled it till it was practically choking she squeezed so hard. |

cgb was gasping for breath, but at the same time enjoying the love. whenever he transformed, each chibi demon had a different personality. this one was, simply put, just like a regular puppy. he enjoyed attention from anyone, and most importantly, love from anyone or anything. he stuck his tongue out and began to lick ca's face, panting playfully as he did. |

ca giggled and rubbed the puppy's face between bot her hands squishing it up so his extra skin made his eyes shut, then she squished his face in another way makinf him look like he was smiling. She burst out in fits of laughter and letting go of him fell onto her back laughing. |
